Website down and no assistance with new loan application

I've never had any problems with Nifty Credit before but lately they just don't care about their customers. How does a website stay down for months without being fixed. I've inquired multiple times asking when it will be operational again and no one knows. They don't even offer an alternative to assist you they just say they can't help you. Even my previous loan is paid up but they haven't updated my profile. Very disappointed.
