Horrible Service
How does it take 6 days to process a supposedly "quick" loan. I sent all the documents requested but no response for days. They don't answer calls or respond to emails. The whole point of applying for a loan is to get the funds quickly, it's always an emergency. They already sent a Debicheck and I accepted. There is no way I will pay for a loan I did not even receive. Very disappointed by Unifi.

No response on application
I was told I'd have a response in 24 hours. Its been 3 working days and i still don't have feedback. I've had the same problem even before. Letsatsi does not care about their customers.

Website down and no assistance with new loan application
I've never had any problems with Nifty Credit before but lately they just don't care about their customers. How does a website stay down for months without being fixed. I've inquired multiple times asking when it will be operational again and no one knows. They don't even offer an alternative to assist you they just say they can't help you. Even my previous loan is paid up but they haven't updated my profile. Very disappointed.

No connection due to wrong billing date
I have been calling all day with no assistance. I paid my bill for this month but apparently I must make another payment because my billing date was not updated. I called Rain last month and was told my billing date would be updated to the 25th like I asked. But it is still set to the 1st and now my router is not connecting. I couldn't work all day. It's absolutely ridiculous. I can't make payment when I don't owe anything and it certainly isn't my fault Rain failed to update my account.

Bunch Of Scammers
This company is run by scammers. They added an account on my profile for a loan that was declined. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT TRUST THEM they are just crooks!!!!

Funds still not paid
I regret taking a loan from this company. I accepted the debicheck and everything is in order but I still haven't received my money. I applied for that loan because of a family emergency. What a horrible experience. Other loan companies pay within a few hours which is what Nifty said on their website but it's all lies. I was told the finance department is busy with the funds...I just keep getting the runaround
