Poor service

Yesterday visiting the hospital to fetch my wife as she was kept there for a few days upon my arrival I had no problems getting in, but asking for directions then it got poor and finally I found my wife we were then stop by security before leaving no manners just said open your back , i end up telling the security to take a hike and told him your parents should of thought you manners my wife was stil in alot of pain and didn't want to make a big thing out of this .... So from my point of view your approach to a person don't matter young or hold treat them with respect because if it were you , you'd want the person to do the same
