Damage stock from NikeFreakz
I’ve ordered sneaker online at Nikefreakz on the 4th of December and received my parcel on the 9th I was so happy with the turnaround time until I opened my parcel and found damaged shoes,I’ve been trying to communicate with their agent and on since Monday withh no response from their WhatsApp,Tiktok they don’t reply I even send them emails with no luck.Im so frustrated now because my kid need those sneakers.

The absolute worst service ever!!! They do not respond to any messages or phone calls and also don’t keep their clients up to date on what’s happening with their parcel.

Exactly what I wanted everything went smoothly
First time using this company they had exactly what I wanted everything went smoothly. I had to return the size of shoes for a bigger one so I returned them for a refund then bought the bigger pair again everything went smoothly I would recommend this company to everyone.
