Nina Gregoire Uni*** Salon POOR RUDE service

Abigail was very very rude and unprofessional. She clearly does not have an appointment book, she had to ask me when my appointment was.

But the worst part was, she cancelled my appointment 1 hour prior, said it was due to load shedding. I thought we have load shedding schedules? That I would have understood, I asked for a reschedule date, then she said she does not work for Eskom and I can find another salon, and blocked me on whatsapp.

I am very very unhappy, I cleared my schedule for 2 weeks and was looking forward to my first brazilian blowout. Now I have to try and get a refund, because I already paid. Very disappointed.
