WHY and HOW can you wait 2 weeks for delivery? They said 2-5 working days They called me once but I am still waiting for delivery. VERY VERY poor service.! I think I must cancel order and ask for refund but then who knows HOW LONG I'll wait for that

My Jet Club membership has been canceled 5 months ago but there is still a R42 debit order going off each month?? How can this be? If I call they put you through to another division and the line goes dead, or they give you an alternative number but every number seems to be the at the incorrect department. This sums up customer service in our country!!!

Abigail was very very rude and unprofessional. She clearly does not have an appointment book, she had to ask me when my appointment was. But the worst part was, she cancelled my appointment 1 hour prior, said it was due to load shedding. I thought we have load shedding schedules? That I would have understood, I asked for a reschedule date, then she said she does not work for Eskom and I can find another salon, and blocked me on whatsapp. I am very very unhappy, I cleared my schedule for 2 weeks and was looking forward to my first brazilian blowout. Now I have to try and get a refund, because I already paid. Very disappointed.
I Have been waiting 2 weeks for some response on my fibre THAT IS ALREADY ACTIVE. I just need an SP. Terrible customer service...!
