Based on recent customer reviews, NineLife receives overwhelmingly negative feedback centered on non-delivery of orders, misleading presentation as a local South African retailer, and poor customer support. Customers report waiting months without receiving goods, only to discover parcels are shipped internationally and routed through the collapsed South African Post Office. Refund requests are routinely ignored or denied. Multiple reviewers flag the .co.za domain as deceptive, with the business actually operated by an overseas entity. Communication channels including phone, email, and live chat are described as unresponsive.

Placed an order in August 2025 with an approximate 2 week delivery time, nothing was ever delivered and when I followed up weeks later, I was promised another replacement delivery which still to date I have never received and I paid over R1k for my order. Very disappointed.

September of 2025 we ordered a medical penile clamp for an 86 year old online from NineLife. We already paid for the clamp. It is an urgent order and now we are on the 9th of December 2025 and are having trouble to receive the clamp we ordered. They constantly blame it on customs and does nothing about the complaints we constantly email their way. I think this is the worst service from a company ever. We explained the urgency of this clamp to them. They just don't make it a priority. Now we are out R1900 and no clamp.

I ordered from NineLife 3 months ago, which presents itself as a South African retailer and states on its website that it “ships within South Africa.” Naturally, I expected normal door-to-door courier delivery. Instead, the parcel was shipped from overseas and handed over to the collapsed South African Post Office — with instructions for me to collect it from a “nearest post office” that doesn’t even exist anymore. Two local branches closed years ago, and there is no functioning SAPO service in my area. None of this was disclosed at checkout. If you’re planning to order from them, please be aware that: • Delivery may take weeks. • Your parcel may be sent to a non-existent post office for collection. • You may struggle to get a refund if SAPO doesn’t return the parcel.

i ordered on the 17 July 2025 for a delivery, only to collect 33 days later and pay an addtional amount at the SA post office after actively monitoring my order. The call center just rings, the on line chat is erratic and no response at times. Their pricing is ludricrous, so please check. They have a local web address but actually operated by Handelnine Global LLC... be warned... i will never buy from them again
