Tables never arrived
I purchased three side tables from Nisa Willockx Interiors for R15,500 on 4 December 2022. To this day—2 years and 9 months later—I have still never received the tables.
When I queried this, Nisa was unable to provide any proof of delivery or issue a refund. The service has been absolutely shocking, I definitely do not recommend purchasing from this company!

We received contact from you few days ago about not having your order, we looked into our records and your order was shipped.
We have contacted our delivery partner to please assist us with the relevant proof of delivery and they are still assisting us with that.
We are unable to issue a refund for items that were shipped, especially because it has been 3 years and in that period you never raised the fact that you didn’t receive delivery of the items.
The best we can do is allow the process to take its cause, if the items were incorrectly delivered, you will be reimbursed in full.

It’s been 9 days and counting for you to get that information from the courier company. I’ve had to hound you for feedback. I can honestly say I’ve never received treatment like this from an interior company before and I have a good relationship with many others I use. This is absolutely a first for me. Never again.

It has been years since dispatch, the waybill is found however we need a copy of the proof of delivery, once that is traced by the company, we will send it back.
