I’m writing this review in the hope of saving other unassuming customers from losing their hard earned money to businesses like this. I paid R15,500 on 4 December 2022 (exactly three years ago today). I have never received the items, nor have I received a refund. I’ve contacted the owner, Nisa, via Instagram, email, and WhatsApp. When she responds, it’s with lies, delay tactics, and a victim mentality whenever a refund is requested. Throughout this entire process, she has shown absolutely no integrity and repeatedly gaslighted me by telling me to ‘be patient,’ yet never delivering on any promises. A few days ago she committed to refunding me by the end of the day (twice) but as expected, the money never arrived. She has since stopped responding to all my messages. I have never dealt with a business this dishonest or unprofessional in my life! And it seems I’m not the only one. (For clarity, the other “Melissa” that wrote a review on HelloPeter is not me. I am a different Melissa who has also had a terrible experience with Nisa Willockx Interiors).

I ordered a Cube marble coffee table on 17 November 2024 on the website for R18050, which includes the R250 delivery fee. Before placing the order, I called the owner to confirm it would be ready for my housewarming five weeks later, and she assured me that it would be delivered in time. As the delivery date approached, I followed up multiple times, but my calls were either ignored or I was told there were delays due to electricity issues. I accepted the delay and continued to wait patiently. By February 2025, just before my due date to give birth, I was told the table had been sent to the delivery company — but it never arrived, and the seller seemed unaware of its location. Days later, it was delivered unexpectedly while I was in hospital. My father received it and immediately noticed it was damaged and chipped from not being finished off properly. The table I received looked completely different from what was advertised online — the one on the website appeared white with black veining, while the one delivered had white, black, and strong orange tones, making it look nothing like the original design I ordered. I informed the seller, who promised to send a specialist to inspect it, but no one ever came. I eventually paid an additional R1,000 to return the damaged table myself. The seller later agreed to replace it and even asked me to visit her supplier to select a new stone, which I did — but after I sent her the codes, she stopped responding again. I have asked for a refund, but my requests have been ignored. Meanwhile, the company continues to advertise on social media, showcasing “happy customers” and new deliveries every week, even though my issue remains unresolved. They even started advertising the table I had ordered at a reduced price. My comments on their posts are deleted, and I’ve since spoken to other customers who have experienced the same problem. After months of broken promises and no accountability, I now feel I have no choice but to seek legal advice to recover my losses. Customers deserve honesty and professionalism, not silence and excuses.

I purchased three side tables from Nisa Willockx Interiors for R15,500 on 4 December 2022. To this day—2 years and 9 months later—I have still never received the tables. When I queried this, Nisa was unable to provide any proof of delivery or issue a refund. The service has been absolutely shocking, I definitely do not recommend purchasing from this company!

On behalf of Design Partnership (Pty)Ltd I would like to give honest feedback. We ordered a table online which matched a particular stain, it arrived in the completely wrong stain, instead of returning it, the supplier offered to make a new one, 5 weeks later we still had no feedback only that the factory was busy with it. Then on our suggestion the initial table was collected in order to have it sanded down, we were then advised that the stain on the website was not achievable and that the lighting distorted it. We eventually asked that the table gets delivered to our shopfitters to try and correct. This is the short story...... Communication and turnaround was terrible and now having to use our shopfitters the table is costing us more. Unfortunately we can not support this local brand in the future

My name is Ryan, and I'm writing this personally on behalf of 11 Rugs Gallery to warn others about my deeply frustrating and dishonest experience with Nisa owner. Back in August 2024, Nisa visited our showroom in Deco Park, supposedly to rent rugs for the Decorex exhibition. I trusted her - she seemed passionate and visionary - so l gave her a 300x200 rug free of charge, under the clear agreement that it would be returned after the event. Now it's July 2025, and not only have I not received the rug back, but for nearly a year she dodged every call, message, and attempt to contact her. Just last month, by some miracle, she responded and agreed to pay R5,722 - which is far below the actual value of the rug - and I still agreed, just to put this behind me. But true to her character, she has once again gone silent. I genuinely wish I could share the screenshots and proof of this yearlong ordeal. It's not just about money - it's the betrayal, the dishonesty, and the waste of time and energy. I'm sharing this to protect others from going through the same pain. Please be careful. Don't let her fool you like she did us. Thanks 🙏🏻

My name is Ryan, and I’m writing this personally on behalf of 11 Rugs Gallery to warn others about my deeply frustrating and dishonest experience with a woman named Nisa. Back in August 2024, Nisa visited our showroom in Deco Park, supposedly to rent rugs for the Decorex exhibition. I trusted her – she seemed passionate and visionary – so I gave her a 300x200 rug free of charge, under the clear agreement that it would be returned after the event. But true to her character, she has once again gone silent. This woman has acted like a complete ****, and I genuinely wish I could share the screenshots and proof of this year-long ordeal. Honestly, she doesn’t even deserve a single star. Nisa is a ***** plain and simple. It all started in August 2024 when she walked into my shop claiming to be an interior designer, asking to borrow rugs for her Decorex exhibition. I gave them to her no deposit just to support someone I thought was legit. That was the biggest mistake. It’s now June 2025. A full year has passed. Nothing returned. I’ve chased her through messages and calls—ignored every time. The one time she responded, she said she’d pay… but of course, that was just more lies. I'm posting this not out of spite, but to make sure no one else falls into the same trap. If you're a small business, an artist, a supplier please be warned. Don’t trust her. We work too hard to be taken advantage of like this. Thanks for reading.
