Horrible experience December 2024: I first reported a malfunction with the car’s braking system to CMH Durban Pixley, which resulted in the car moving on its own and colliding with a community tap. The cause was identified as a faulty handbrake system. Although the car was taken to the Nissan Umhlanga service center in January 2025 for adjustment, the issue has persisted.
January 2025: In addition to the handbrake issue, I informed CMH Durban Pixley about noises coming from the wheels. The branch manager confirmed that the problem was related to the clutch, and he advised that it was a valid claim. However, after this acknowledgment, I received no follow-up or resolution from the service center.
Current Issue (August 2025): More recently, the vehicle has begun to jam and fail to start, with two incidents occurring just this week. This adds to the growing list of unresolved issues, making the car unsafe to drive and causing significant personal inconvenience. I’m ready to sue you!!!!!
