I recently had a very disappointing experience with Nissan Klerksdorp. I was assured over the phone that the vehicle I wanted was available, and that everything had been arranged, including the installment details and a buyer for my current car to help reduce the shortfall. I was told the deal was going ahead, so I took my wife for a test drive and we were both excited about the car.
The very next day, I was informed that the same buyer who was supposed to purchase my old car had instead bought the car I wanted to buy. This was extremely disappointing and felt ********* and unprofessional, especially after being given such clear assurances that the deal was confirmed.
I trusted the dealership’s word and felt misled. I hope Nissan South Africa looks into this matter seriously to ensure better transparency and communication with future customers.
