My experience with NatRent was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I submitted all my documents, clearly communicated my situation days in advance, and explained that I would be driving all the way from another town to view the place. Even after confirming everything, they came back with unnecessary issues and confusion about my account and funds — despite there being more than enough money. The entire approval process felt *********** and poorly handled. The staff (or whoever is responsible for applications) wasted my time and fuel, and the experience was nowhere near the standard a client should expect. I am very disappointed and do not recommend NatRent based on this experience.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Nissan Klerksdorp. I was assured over the phone that the vehicle I wanted was available, and that everything had been arranged, including the installment details and a buyer for my current car to help reduce the shortfall. I was told the deal was going ahead, so I took my wife for a test drive and we were both excited about the car. The very next day, I was informed that the same buyer who was supposed to purchase my old car had instead bought the car I wanted to buy. This was extremely disappointing and felt ********* and unprofessional, especially after being given such clear assurances that the deal was confirmed. I trusted the dealership’s word and felt misled. I hope Nissan South Africa looks into this matter seriously to ensure better transparency and communication with future customers.
Very very poor service, staff is very ***********. I bought a phone December2022, I strictly ask the consultant to add insurance to the device, the consultant assured me that he added insurance and never did so at the end. My phone was ****** a couple of days ago, I was under the impression I had insurance on my device, when contacting Vodacom the consultant couldn’t care less and said the person that helped me doesn’t work there anymore and they won’t take any responsibility for it and was more interested in me to buy a new contract. I’ve been Customer for 15 years and I am very very disappointed and would never in my life support vertical ever again. Staff is very unprofessional and Vodacom is a bunch of ******.
I only selected one star cause it's the only option. But in reality they deserve no stars. After throwing my wife of my medical aid for some ridicules reason they also deducted thousands of Rands exsta from bank accounts. After I tried to speak to a few of their incompetent consultants and explain that they own me money, because there is a R3250 claim reversal they want me to pay, they refuse to speak about my credit that they own me and refuse to deduct it from the claim reversal. It has been confirmed. Discovery is a fraud medical sceme. They have no interest in the client and there wellbeing or doing the right thing. To them it's all about taking your money and trying to get away with it
Beware of Descovery health. They are quick to take your money but when it comes to a claim they look for excuses not to pay. My wife had a emergency gallbladder operation and now they refused to pay for some outrageous reason. I have to pay for a 60k operation with money I don't have. Don't fall victim to these scammers
