Compliment for Outstanding Service from Allen at Nissan Melrose

I wanted to share my recent experience regarding service bookings for my two Nissan NP200 bakkies.

I was quite frustrated to learn that none of the Nissan dealerships on the East Rand offer servicing on Saturdays. After several unsuccessful attempts, I contacted Nissan Melrose and was fortunate to speak with Allen.

What an amazing and professional individual! He listened patiently to my concerns and simply said, “Don’t worry, I’ve got you.” His calm, helpful attitude and willingness to assist immediately turned my frustration into relief.

Allen truly went above and beyond, and I believe his service deserves recognition.
