My recent experience with Nissan Melrose has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their service. The workshop manager, Victor, and Dealer Principle, Brandon, have demonstrated a lack of professionalism and accountability that is disheartening.
I purchased a brand new Magnite in May 2023, and within a few months, I noticed a clutch shudder issue. Despite consistently reporting this problem and following the proper escalation process to Nissan South Africa, I have not received any assistance or resolution since October.
Currently, my car is at Nissan Melrose for a clutch inspection. Surprisingly, their own report acknowledges hot spots on the clutch, yet they are refusing to address and repair the issue. Victor and Brandon have not only failed to provide assistance but have also displayed an unacceptable level of customer service.
I find it disappointing that the dealership is unwilling to take responsibility for a documented problem with my vehicle. I advise potential customers to reconsider choosing Nissan Melrose, as my experience has been marked by frustration and disappointment with their service.
