I ordered from Nivora believing it to be a legitimate and trustworthy business. The product that arrived was poor quality and not as advertised, and clearly not worth the price paid.

More concerning was the complete absence of any documentation. There was no invoice, no guarantee or warranty, no certification, no instructions, and no return paperwork included with the product. For a legitimate business — particularly one selling this type of product — this is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about credibility and compliance.

The product itself felt cheap and substandard, despite being presented as a quality item on the website. This does not align with how the product is marketed.

Customer service has been unresponsive and evasive, with no clear escalation process and no meaningful assistance provided when concerns were raised. I am still pursuing a full refund.

Based on my experience and the volume of similar complaints, I would strongly caution others to avoid this company.
