Nkala attorney

My mother passed away in 2021 and her estate is still whining. I went to their offices and Ntombi gave me back the file and told me that I should go to Sphiwe because they no longer working together and Sphiwe had the Estate account. I went to Masters and reported it and I was told that I should go and report her at Law Society. I found letters of a car in my file that did not belong to my mother and documents I did not sign. My mother left a Will but it wasn't submitted when claims where done. I'm going to lose my mother's house and car due to not making payments. Please help
