For someone who works in the travel and resort industry for a long time, I'm very disappointed in the resort quality and the overall treatment we received during our weekend stay.
The verbal understanding and chalet were paid upon on arrival with no tax invoice or receipt provided, even after we asked for one numerous times. A proof of full payment was sent from my side. What followed was a constant harassment from the caretaker of the quests in the form of messages and physical presence. Waking us up by knocking on the door numerous phone calls, issues with the gate. Then complaining about us sleeping late on Saturday. Suppose that's what you do when you seek out rest from a weekend away.
In my opinion is their pricing is extremely exorbitant for the value and service received. From the towels in the unit was dirty upon arrival and one would expect for that price the unit should be fully serviced.
The service, quality, and treatment of the resort was horrible and poor. The owner and staff are extremely rude, and their admin is a mess. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. Which is a shame, for I truly believed the resort would live up to expectation.
