Ridiculous quotation and rejection fee

Pricing is double that of other service providers. Tried charging me R13k for replacing a standard bath. R6900 just in labour. Managed to get the job done at R6450 material and labour. Be careful of getting them to quote as they naturally charge a rejection fee.

Please send through your quotations so we can respond, we need to compare apples with apples. I would like all our customer to see the comparison between the quotes. I have repeatedly asked you for this?
This is what we quoted you for:
Labour - Labour
To break out old bath
Supply and fit new 1700 mm white bath with relevant fittings
Install inspection eye on side of bath
Build wall and re-tile
Supply and fit new mixer to bath

Materials - Materials
Supply and fit new 1700 mm white bath with relevant fittings inclusive of:
* Bath
* Pop-up bath waste
* P-trap
* Bath mixer
* Pipework and fittings to suite
* Screed
* Silicone

Client to supply matching tiles for the re-tiling
