Pricing is double that of other service providers. Tried charging me R13k for replacing a standard bath. R6900 just in labour. Managed to get the job done at R6450 material and labour. Be careful of getting them to quote as they naturally charge a rejection fee.
Quotation received is more than double of other suppliers. Then have the cheek to invoice me for rejecting their exorbitant quotation. Will never use their services again. Lost a once happy customer.
Non existent servcie and continuous down time. To be a service provider you need to actually provide a service.....
Unprofessional. What was meant to be a one day job has turned into trech warfare. My garden is dug up and this crowd have failed to come back to complete the job. Please don't fall into any of their traps. We were told the suction line needs to be replaced. This was not the case and one jet housing was leaking. 2nd quote (after been quoted for the incorrect work) was 500% more. Then the supervisor told us we have been over quoted and the actual works required would amount to X. We moved on amount x, paid partial for material and the job was botched. The replaced jet leaks more than the old one. They went AWOL and the owner, Johan, doesn't take any of this seriously. Empty promises from all of the people at SSP.

Your money is probably safer with VBS. Bankers do what they please with your accounts. They move debit order dates and charge extra interest. They move money in your accounts without authorisarion. They then not very friendly or effective in fixing their errors. I will NEVER be doing future business with Nedbank as they find ways to waste hours of tour time but still fail to fix any error on their part.
We have been experiencing internet issues since March. Vumatel confirmed our line needs re installation. In this time frame we have had no commitment and MWEB have disconnected our service twice. According to vumatel there is no product on the line. According to MWEB our line is active. Yet we get to shop.vumatel everytime we connect to the router. No one in MWEB, including the head of products cannot help us. They are not interested in resolving issues. How hard is it for an ISP to provide a working line? Its not like Im asking a plumber to wire my house
Between MWEB and Vumatel these people have messed up my object number and now have no internet at all. Phone them and NO one is willing to help. Also have a damaged line which requires re installation and have been waiting for 4 months and no one has come. We found out yesterday that some bright spark closed all the tickets for this. No one phones to confirm if anything was done. Pathetic
Very poor service. Never get back to you concerning issues with internet. When they do get back you have to re explain the issues from the beginning. Then nothing happens again. We are waiting for 4 months for service from MWEB and have not received any commitments.
Fish sold are not put into quarantine. Owner openly admitted he lost ALL his loaches the same weekend and that they were a new batch out of Indonesia. He did offer to replace the 3 fish that died but as a consequence of the ill fish my other fish have fell ill and I have lost roughly 15 fish after this incident. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD NOT BE SELLING FISH. ALL FISH ARE TO BE QUARANTINED BEFORE SOLD TO THE PUBLIC. I would not take a fish from them even if they paid me. I hope Karma comes your way soon!!!
