Rip off specialists
Quotation received is more than double of other suppliers. Then have the cheek to invoice me for rejecting their exorbitant quotation. Will never use their services again. Lost a once happy customer.

13 Jul 2021, 15:04NM Plumbing has a call out fee for quotations, which falls away if you accept the quotation. This client agreed to pay our call out. All our calls are recorded, you can contact me for the recording. We contacted this client 8 times after sending the quote to check if it was received and if he had any questions. No response! We left 7 messages on his phone, all recorded. He only answered us when we sent him a call out invoice. He then proceeded to tell us he never agreed to a call out fee. He only paid us when we informed him we have a recording of him agreeing. He informed us he went with a cheaper supplier, we quoted him on a new installation. Not sure what he actually paid for as he never answered his calls to discuss any other quotations he received. NM Plumbing has acted with integrity and made the client fully aware of our fees, unfortunately I cannot say the same for this client. This client tried to get out of paying our fee, when this did not happen he proceeded to slate us on FB and Hello Peter. Not very honest......

13 Jul 2021, 15:53These thugs wanted to charge R13k to swap out a standard bath. R6900 just in labour. Got the job done for R6450. No need to say anything more. The proof is in the pudding
