Delayed Claim - No Feedback

We lodged a claim with NMG Benefits last year and, unfortunately, the process has been extremely frustrating. Despite submitting the required documentation and following up multiple times, there has been little to no feedback regarding the progress of the claim.

I would appreciate it if NMG Benefits could urgently look into this matter and provide clarity on the progress and expected timeframe for finalising the claim.
