It started 4 years ago when I bought my Mustang at CMH Ford and I had to transfer to NMI Ford in Bruma because they flatly refused to give a courtesy car! Now Bruma closed and moved their business to Alberto NMI who are just giving as bad a service as CMH. My car needs a service and they (Alberton) refuse to give me the service book NMI Bruma promised to replace. My car is due for a service and they don’t return my calls! Somehow it’s like a taboo for a Black man to own a Mustang!

Thank you NMI Ford in particular to you ROWAN GARDENER for you compassion & understanding when our car broke down. Thank you for allowing us to sit in your waiting area with coffee to make alternative arrangements towards towing, accommodation, flight bookings and for dropping us off at our guest house. Thank you young man God bless.

NMI ford n1 cape town Pathetic service and shocking aftersales Brand new ford ranger, zero help with my issues and want me to pay to have a look! No ways I’ll ever recommend or go back to a NMI dealership.

I'm a Student teacher driving a small Ford Figo 2019. I have to send the car for the 60 000km service now, upon enquiring what this would cost me at a Ford dealer, I was quoted R23349.27. What a shock!! If the sales person told me beforehand that this is what I'll pay for services I would never have bought the Ford Figo at all!!! I am a very disappointed Ford owner!

I bought a brand-new 2023 Ford ranger next-gen xlt, supercab, 4x4, bi-turbo, 10 speed auto, pack 6, costing R800k from NMI Ford N1 city, Upon the first wash I found masking tape (inside the gap between door & fender), overspray, damaged bolts on fenders (been worked on) and damaged bolts on bonnet hinges (paint still semi wet & sticky after a year). We tried to get info regarding this but nothing, apparently that's how they got the bakkie from Ford factory. I've emailed the Dealer Principal Craig van den Heever but nothing. The other major issue is the headlights are extremely poor and no use at night, this should be a safety recall as I've seen several other people complaining on this matter. I've been left in the dark "literally" but it's truly sad because other than that the bakkie is amazing.

NMI Ford Pinetown In 2023 December I took my vehicle in for a service. After the service was done I noted that one of part inside was damaged and immediately I called a service agent to see what happened her name is Nirene Dwarika she saw what happened and I told her that I am rushing and I can't wait. I sent an email to her the following day See below email sent to her. Good day, Hoping this email finds you well. Yesterday I had to rush to an urgent meeting. I am currently out of town. I will bring in the vehicle tomorrow for your technician to fix what I showed you yesterday. Thank you I sent a follow-up email because of my hectic schedule to inform her about my challenges and to try and set another appointment. See belowe email to her. Good day Apologies I was supposed to bring my car as per the email below. Unfortunately I have been traveling. I am currently in Harrismith next week Monday I will be in PMB then proceed to Richards Bay. Can I come on Wednesday or Thursday? Thank you She decided not to respond to this email. Yesterday the 25 of March 2024 I went to the Ford Pinetown and showed them what happened she confirmed what she saw but said she didn't see that it was broken. I want my car to fixed that is all that I am asking for. I was told Nathi is on leave and he will return to work next week. They will confirm with him first before attending to my problem. Nathi doesn't have to confirm anything because this was reported on the day it happened. They say they can't make any deductions on his salary without giving him an opportunity. I am not involved internal processes how the employer goes about to deduct is not my concern. I want my vehicle to fixed that is all.

We bought a car at FORD NMI in Bruma Johannesburg last year December and took delivery of it on Saturday 16 December 2023. The car we bought is a BMW 118 Diesel 2021 model which is still on motor plan, now our challenge is that since we bought a car we requested our sales person Mr Albert Letsoge to issue us with proof that the motor plan has been transferred to us incase we want to book a service with BMW. I was then in contact with Mr Albert Letsoge in January 2024 to enquire about the motor plan issue, he then told me he is on leave and will revert to me when he is back to work of which he never did until i followed up again. He then sent to me a natis document which he said i must use at BMW to book for service. Yesterday i went to BMW Montana to enquire about the motorplan because the car is now due for service and they told me that before we took delivery of the car FORD NMI should have taken the car to the nearest BMW dealer to do QUALITY CHECK AND NAME CHANGE on the vehicle, this never happened and we only found out now. I then contacted Mr Albert Letsoge ( our salesperson) who promised to fix the problem yesterday (27 February 2024) he said he is going to speak to his manager and get back to me, he then said i should pay for the quality check at BMW and they will pay me. I refused to do so and got them a quotation from BMW Montana and sent it to him immediately. He proposed that i go to Centurion or Fountains BMW which i also refused because they are far from my area and who was going to cover the costs ? The day ended Mr Albert never bothered to get back to me. Wednesday 28 February 2024 at around 09h23 AM i texted Mr Albert on Whatsapp, he read my message and never cameback to me. I called him countless times he ignored my calls and never returned them, i then called the dealership and spoke to someone who also promised to get back to me but they never did. At around 13h53 PM i texted Mr Albert again that i will take this matter further then he only called me back at that time, asking me to pay BMW Montana and that they will reimburse me i then refused and told him it is their responsibility noy mine and this should have been sorted last year before we took the car. Bear in mind the car is currently due for service and we are stuck because of their incompetence and bad service. I feel like the deal went through now no one cares. They must take accountability and i will no tolerate this, i went as far as i could to resolve this.

I took my car to NMI ford Pinetown about a year ago, it had an issue of mixing water with oil. they claimed from my warranty after a month my car came back. 2 weeks later from that, it had another issue, turbo and engine leak issue. they claimed again from my warranty i took care of the shortfall. from then I have been visiting them every month because the car was still leaking, and the water bottle was always dirty. they kept telling me that the car is fine, its just stains from from the repair working, until i got a second opinion from another repair garage, they scanned the car, they gave me the report that the car is still leaking. i took it back to ford with the report. this time they're telling me that its their fault the turbo that they initially installed is faulty, they will replace it with no extra costs from me. they took the car for a week, fixed it, i collected it on Thursday. Friday the car has no coolant, i poured water, i went to work i checked the car, no water again. i called them again they told me to bring the car on Monday. i took it to them they checked, they said they can't find the fault, now this time they are telling to pay R9700 for them to strip the engine and check for fault, mind you my car didn't have this issue before i took it to them. now I'm just stuck with a non-runner at home because I'm afraid of blowing up the engine.
