Odd fair date Discovery
I have an investment with Discover and get paid on 15th but they don’t have the 15th as debit order date option. Half of the working population gets paid on 15th!!!!1 reply

Matrix Trickery
I bought a new Kia Sonet and specifically told the dealer that I want a Tracker device fitted. To my surprise the car was fitted with a Matrix device that I had removed. The Matrix tracker was prepaid and now they refuse to give a refund2 replies

Poor Sheaffer Service

Poor Le Morgan Service
I went to Le Morgan Southgate branch to pay my laybuy and despite leaving my ID so the assistant could trace the account when I can back, she had done absolutely nothing and rather went on lunch! Uncapitalising Capitec
