I have an investment with Discover and get paid on 15th but they don’t have the 15th as debit order date option. Half of the working population gets paid on 15th!!!!
I bought a new Kia Sonet and specifically told the dealer that I want a Tracker device fitted. To my surprise the car was fitted with a Matrix device that I had removed. The Matrix tracker was prepaid and now they refuse to give a refund

I bought a Sheaffer pen two years ago and I’ve been having print with it that they obviously can’t evidently fix. It has been “fixed” twice without success. The last time they just put a metal piece on the end of the refill. What deception!
I went to Le Morgan Southgate branch to pay my laybuy and despite leaving my ID so the assistant could trace the account when I can back, she had done absolutely nothing and rather went on lunch! Such bad and unprofessional service is totally unacceptable. Needless to say, I left without paying.
It started 4 years ago when I bought my Mustang at CMH Ford and I had to transfer to NMI Ford in Bruma because they flatly refused to give a courtesy car! Now Bruma closed and moved their business to Alberto NMI who are just giving as bad a service as CMH. My car needs a service and they (Alberton) refuse to give me the service book NMI Bruma promised to replace. My car is due for a service and they don’t return my calls! Somehow it’s like a taboo for a Black man to own a Mustang!

I app**** for a credit increase with Capitec and that’s when the frustration started! I sent an email as requested but they didn’t receive it; THRICE! Then I was informed by telephone to submit via WhatsApp and I couldn’t upload the banks statements. The WhatsApp simply refused!
I have waited almost TWO whole weeks for a simple delivery of two items from RAM couriers.
I bought a car from Ford Bruma and they misplaced my service book and owners manual which they promised to replace. Unfortunately they closed down . They referred me to Alberto Ford who refused to do the replacement. My car is due for service and I don’t know what to do.
