A salesperson associated with the company engaged in highly unprofessional and disturbing behaviour, including inappropriate ***ual conduct toward clients, vulgar and disrespectful language about women, and the sharing of private images without consent. I was also personally subjected to harassment and threatening communication, which crossed every professional and ethical boundary. I’ve been calling for the 10th time to reschedule my service but there seems to be a problem with your line. I’m calling with my airtime and the gentleman keeps hanging up ! No callback, NOTHING. Can this issue be fixed?

I recently purchased a Kia Sonet, and I can say without a doubt that the entire process was one of the smoothest, most heartwarming experiences I’ve ever had all thanks to the incredible Sino, the saleslady who helped me. I referred my client to Kia The Glen he bought two cars from them one of the cars been a Renault Kwid from the day of delivery the car has been giving him endless problems the car was taken back to the dealership 3 times in the 2 months he has the car for the same problem his driver was even in an accident because the car lost power. He took the car back for the same problem it previously encountered and now they diagnosed the car saying its a different fault now it is expected for him to pay for something that was not his fault the car has been more at Kia than been in his possession I will never refer anyone to that dealership the service is bad

I had a complaint regarding my tyres after my vehicle had gone in for a service. Had the quickest response from James (New car sales agent), who had initially sold me the car. I appreciate how he handled the initial complaint as the first point of contact and how he escalated it. I then dealt with Kabelo Tlailane (Dealer Principal) who handled my complaint with the utmost professionalism. He kept to his promise to get back to me on a certain day , which he did. He kept in contact with me until the complaint was resolved. Thank you to both for the honoring your word and resolving my complaint.

I purchased my Kia Sportage in September 2022. I trusted them, KIA NAME come on guys NOT these "***boy second hand dealers" MOVEMENT THAT INSPIRES. A few months later I found out that the vehicle had been either in an accident of a bad bump. Now I fully understood why the number plates were not bob riveted, when collected. Big chunk of right side of the fender liner was missing, one of the mud flaps missing, the other half gone. After months of emails with the branch and Kia Head Office, they finally agreed to repair the vehicle. They instructed me to take my vehicle to Auto Wheels Autobody & Paint in 44 Wilhelmina Street, Troyeville. My vehicle was there for a week and get ready, further disaster. The paint work on the front bumper was below standard,. The fender liner and mud flaps were nowhere to be seen. Jonathan my contact who confirms that "YES" I have three job titles, ACCESSOR, ESTIMATOR AND CUSTOMER LIAISON OFFICER, was nowhere to be found after waiting for a good twenty minutes and later shared the sad story of "when nature calls, you have to run". Between Kia-The Glen and Auto Wheels Auto Body Paint, I have been made to drive to hell and back. They advised that the fender and mud flaps had been ordered, this was such a joke as Jonathan was supposed to have taken my vehicle to the Kia-The Glen to fit in the fender and mud flaps due to costs. Jonathan then opted to share a Whatsapp message explaining "how their workshop manager would have to see the quality of the work done on my car. Would need to flat down, paint and I need to understand not everything comes out perfectly when vehicles are repaired. To date nearly a month lapsed I have heard nothing from the so called power houses. Sending me to liaise with Kia-Head Office that is even more of a circus, because they push you from pillar to post. Say so much but not worth a letter of the alphabet. Sadly, we the customer are always the ones who suffer, because these "BIG POWER HOUSES" are what makes our world an extremely sad place. Rose-THE MOVEMENT THAT HAS NOT INSPRED..
