Double charging standards.
Uber hasn't refunded me after they deducted they're cancellation fee, I've been charged twice a cancellation fee and a trip I didn't even take. Worse part is that there's no option of assistance in their app just a bunch of unnecessary information without any assistance. And this is for the second time now.0 replies

****ED WITH THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
What a horrible experience I got from them, they installed a faulty device and now they are giving me a run around in the call centre for scheduling repairs and removal of the faulty device. Even now the device has not been repaired knowing very well that I have a trip with the car. Total **** of a company.....1 reply
