Hi there McD, I bought a meal on today on Saturday and some of the contents of my order were missing. I DO NOT stay in the area, I had to drive all the way from Soweto to Columbine McD to sort this unexpectedly when I was hungry. It did not just anger me but it made me frustrated because of the inconvenience caused on this and my petrol. Even the phone doesn’t work when you call. I would appreciate a senior person to call me and have a way forward on this.
Dear Checkers, I appreciate the service you’re trying to provide to your customers with the fast Sixty60, however I will NOT APPRECIATE being bumped in stores with a trolley TWICE when I buy my groceries physically, in store. I was at Checkers Columbine when this occurred. I was bumped at the door and the only thing the delivery person could say is “sorry” and PASSED to attend to their delivery. I demand a call or a follow up from the manager of the store for this. I unfortunately will NOT ACCEPT THIS BEHAVIOR!
I made an inquiry and sent out a complaint on this group. They responded and said to allow 24 hours to investigate AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK TILL TODAY ! Worse they have closed the communication. WHAT DOES ONE NEED TO DO TO GET ASSISTANCE FROM THIS GROUP? It’s nice when clients come to them to report us and list us. However, IT IS DIFFICULT TO DO THE SAME WHEN THE ACCOUNT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED. CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME ON THIS?
I owed Tracker R1700 and paid it last month. And now cause they stopped the whole thing, now their device is not tracking my device. It’s my admin to fill in stuff they send on emails. Why is it that when you STOP my policy you automatically adjust the information I had provided when I joined Tracker? Every single day I have reasons to cancel this pathetic service. Whose admin must it be now because I didn’t stop the service, you did ! I need someone to give me a cal back TODAY regarding this
I was taken to Tracker to Nimble and I’ve since made payment, even sent POP and absolutely NO ONE has communicated back to me. I have sent an email and there’s a bot that keeps responding promising to call me at 10am. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A CALL BY TODAY I WILL HAVE TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER !! Lies after lies about a call back. What kind of business is this?
I’ve already made payment yesterday for Tracker. Today I receive an email saying my account has been handed over. Few weeks ago I sent an email to one of the consultants assisting me with my account to confirm how much I need to pay and NO ONE answered my email till today. All of a sudden I am being handed over, no follow up call or email, NOTHING. CAN MY ACCOUNT BE REMOVED FROM A THIRD PARTY CAUSE J HAVE MADE PAYMENT? Can I also get someone to call me to rectify and close this case?
I am sending this to check the status of my query about a payment I made to BLC Collections which turns out to be attorneys. I called last week and I was told it is being escalated and I’ll be called back. I sent a POP to this email and those BLC attorneys received the email and your organisation also received my email but the payment went to BLC Attorneys. What is the hold up with the investigation? I haven’t received ANY communication from you guys on this. I have to make the follow up since it is my issue and doesn’t affect you at all. CAN I BE CALLED TO BE BROUGHT TO SPEED WITH INVESTIGATIONS?
I’ve had my loan with FASTA closed a long time ago. Why was R21 debited on the 3rd of Nov in my account? I think this is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Can someone call me to investigate and give me feedback?
The workers were late on Friday and didnt pitch as scheduled. They came on Saturday, I took out my bin but it wasn’t taken an everyone else’s bin was taken. Why’s this? That time my ******* bin is FULL with a dead RAT that someone put in there. WHY WAS THE BIN NOT TAKEN AND EVERYONE ELSE’S WAS TAKEN?
I got a letter of suspension of my account from Tracker. As mentioned I had salary issues but you wouldn’t care akere, all that matters is the business you’re doing and money. I had said I will pay the balance but I will not pay R1500 for tracker, not a chance. It went down to R1100, now it’s back to that stupid R1400. I will not pay R1500, take it back to R1100 that I queried. You guys enjoy milking consumers and now I’m stuck in this stupid contract. After this I WILL BE CANCELLING tracker. Nothing screams pathetic like this company. I request a call back to resolve this TODAY
