I experienced a bad treatment from this bus. I booked it online on Travelstart on the 7 December 2022 for a return ticket for the 8th of December 2022. On the 8th they said the bus has been cancelled and there is no other bus they can get. I requested a refund they promised to pay me on the 8th of December 2022, up until today I have not received my refund of R 1170.00 They have been ignoring my calls since Friday morning and only responded in the afternoon and promised to refund me the same Friday. I've been trying to call them because I never got the refund. I tried to call them again today and they ignored me again and I sent them a WhatsApp telling them that I will report them to Ombudsmen. That's when they responded to me and said they are not going to pay me my full refund because I booked the return ticket for the same date as the departure date. They say this today but on Friday they said they will pay it. Up until now I haven't received my refund and they are refusing to pay it on top of the inconvenience of missing the appointment my sister was supposed to honour on Friday. No service was rendered to me and no refund for me to book another bus.
