They are the WORSE transport service ever π¨. I boarded in at Komani/Queenstown train station. Before we boarded, we were informed people who bought tickets online they should wait for another bus π, they were only boarding in the people who bought the tickets at the office π. The bus was a new bus π¬, and they said ours (people bought online tickets) board to the bus that was still at the Engine garage that will come later. When we asked about the time, they said they didnβt know π€·ββοΈ. When the bus arrived, which end it was late, it was old and you could see itβs the one used for school kids π, some chairs cosheen were falling and some places were writing on with pen π. It was almost full already anyway π€―. After boarding, it stated moving, the bus had a bad sound coming from below π¨, as we move the sound became worse π€. We asked the drivers regarding the noise, they ignored us and continued π‘. The bus started struggling to move when the road is going down or high π, when they change gear they struggled π€¦ββοΈ. There was a smoke π and smelling of burning tyre π₯. We kept complaining, one of the driver said the bus had an issue with the brakes π¨, but we will make it to Cape Town at this time π¬. We were close to Graaff-Reinet and we kept asking them to get another bus cause that one was not right π ββοΈ, and if they continued will not make it home alive but in casket β°οΈ, which one driver kept saying we will arrive π, and another said he will contact his people to get another π€£. But when we arrived in Graaff-Reinet, we had to protest π for them to see we were serious and called for back up bus π, which they informed us the bus we were in has a minor issue with brakes π¨, but it can move π€, it also had an issue with gear 5,6 and 7 π€―. When I ask about De Doorns road π£οΈ, how will it survive there, the driver said we will pray π we do survive π±. However, we refused entering and they requested a back up bus π, which had falling chairs π, but atleast it moved even though at De Doorns it struggled a bit π . THE OWNER OF THESE BUS NEEDS TO STOP RISKING PEOPLE'S LIVES π¨ BY USING OLD BUS FOR LONG DISTANCE DRIVING π«. I had the worse experience ever π‘, and thank God π for his protection through this journey. We were to arrive in Cape Town at 6am but we arrived at 10:00 alive π, which I thank God π.

Bus arrived two hours late travelling from Cape Town to Johannesburg on 02/01/2024.No explanation their phone was ringing and went unanswered.bus was supposed to arrive at 19:30 but only arrived at 20:50 without any explanation. Driver was wearing dirty clothes π it dropped use outside park station we had to walk to park station with amaphara every where insisting on carrying our bags. It is cheap but not worth the headache . DONT BOOK THAT BUS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SPEEDING DRIVER YOU CANNOT EVEN TAKE A NAP

Bus arrived two hours late travelling from Cape Town to Johannesburg on 02/01/2024.No explanation their phone was ringing and went unanswered.bus was supposed to arrive at 19:30 but only arrived at 20:50 without any explanation. Driver was wearing dirty clothes π it dropped use outside park station we had to walk to park station with amaphara every where insisting on carrying our bags. It is cheap but not worth the headache . DONT BOOK THAT BUS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SPEEDING DRIVER YOU CANNOT EVEN TAKE A NAP

The depart time was for 18.00 then bus was late and departed only at 20:00. The bus gearbox is faulty,turbo is faulty. The bus is ***. The Company have a nerve to take people money for a ticket while they know their bus is not in fully operating condition. Clearly you can see who the owners are of the Noble Bus Company, allot of *********** people by. That is why South Africa is in the **** hole because of the *********** africans.

They say that the pick up point is at Park station, then I found myself walking outside the bus station in some ***** alley. The bus was late and while we are waiting for the departure the vendors walking up and down the aisle were annoying and made the wait very uncomfortable. This service is so not worth it because huh!!! Never again will I ever use and don't get me started on the road to your destination, we stopped 3 times for a 21 hours drive.

I Booked 18:55 bus at shell garage Queenstown, the bus did not come. the number on the ticket does not go through eventually go the whatsup number 073179437 and he said the bus was at the station next to illuala container. When i said my pick up point was shell he then changed the story and said it was there at 18:00 . I arrived at shell at 17:30 and i was left there stranded, i had to book another bus and pay R800. what usa bad services and lies from this bus

I booked 3 tickets online on the 17 December 2022 for the 18 December 2022. Pickup point was at Park Station outside in the streets. When I saw the bus I was shocked because on the website it says it's a luxury liner, with air con, adjustable seats and charging points. When we got on that bus the seats was uncomfortable, no aircon, no charging points. After paying R1545 for 3 tickets I was told to pay R100 cash for luggage. I was so shocked I told him you expect us to pay full fare for tickets then an extra R100 to put our luggage onto the bus. My 72 year old mother was frustrated so I just paid the R100. The bus left an hour later was supposed to leave at 7.The bus driver had to stop every time to put in diesel and checked the oil. We were supposed to arrive in Cape Town at 11 am on Sunday we only arrived at 3 in the afternoon. I will never recommend this bus service to anyone, the busses are filthy, people who works for Noble busses are rude. Their serve is poor I was utterly disgusted.

I need to get my refund from this bus company. I booked it online on Travel start, on the day of departure they cancelled the bus and now refuse to refund me. I didn't get any service from them due to their cancellation of the bus I booked.

I experienced a bad treatment from this bus. I booked it online on Travelstart on the 7 December 2022 for a return ticket for the 8th of December 2022. On the 8th they said the bus has been cancelled and there is no other bus they can get. I requested a refund they promised to pay me on the 8th of December 2022, up until today I have not received my refund of R 1170.00 They have been ignoring my calls since Friday morning and only responded in the afternoon and promised to refund me the same Friday. I've been trying to call them because I never got the refund. I tried to call them again today and they ignored me again and I sent them a WhatsApp telling them that I will report them to Ombudsmen. That's when they responded to me and said they are not going to pay me my full refund because I booked the return ticket for the same date as the departure date. They say this today but on Friday they said they will pay it. Up until now I haven't received my refund and they are refusing to pay it on top of the inconvenience of missing the appointment my sister was supposed to honour on Friday. No service was rendered to me and no refund for me to book another bus.
