bad service
I Booked 18:55 bus at shell garage Queenstown, the bus did not come. the number on the ticket does not go through eventually go the whatsup number 073179437 and he said the bus was at the station next to illuala container. When i said my pick up point was shell he then changed the story and said it was there at 18:00 . I arrived at shell at 17:30 and i was left there stranded, i had to book another bus and pay R800. what usa bad services and lies from this bus

Mlungisi and his crew Parkstation Johannesburg APM
Beware of criminals : Mlungisi and his crew 0n the Wednesday the 13/9/2022 I booked a bus from Parkstation Johannesburg to Queenstown. When I get to entrance I was assisted by 2 guys hired by APM to carry the luggage. When I get to the queue they then asked for the luggage fee R100. I refuse to pay and I then threatened by the guy called Mlungisi whom I believe he does this mshikashika with the two guys that he's going to teach me a lesson.b He came with the receipt book and charged me R300 for 1 suitcase and 1 small sport bag. I paid for ticket and also for luggage because I refused to pay criminals employed by APM. I'm very disgusted by this criminal activity done by Mlungisi and his crew. It was not my first time using this bus but now I'm never going to use them again. Criminals
