I booked 3 tickets online on the 17 December 2022 for the 18 December 2022. Pickup point was at Park Station outside in the streets. When I saw the bus I was shocked because on the website it says it's a luxury liner, with air con, adjustable seats and charging points. When we got on that bus the seats was uncomfortable, no aircon, no charging points. After paying R1545 for 3 tickets I was told to pay R100 cash for luggage. I was so shocked I told him you expect us to pay full fare for tickets then an extra R100 to put our luggage onto the bus. My 72 year old mother was frustrated so I just paid the R100. The bus left an hour later was supposed to leave at 7.The bus driver had to stop every time to put in diesel and checked the oil. We were supposed to arrive in Cape Town at 11 am on Sunday we only arrived at 3 in the afternoon. I will never recommend this bus service to anyone, the busses are filthy, people who works for Noble busses are rude. Their serve is poor I was utterly disgusted.
