I booked a bus to Cape Town with Delta Transport. They said the trip would take 16 hours, but 23 hours later and 5 breakdowns later, the bus eventually broke down for the final time so I had to Uber the last 150km to Cape Town with no compensation from Delta. I then switched mt return ticket to Nobles Transport and what a pleasre they were. Both the driver and conductor were extremely friendly and catered to their customers needs and requirements. The bus arrived in Joburg 13 minutes before the scheduled arrival time and all the amenities on the bus worked. The bus was well maintained and did not break down once.

What a disgusting experience we had with my partner. The bus from East London was booked by me . It was supposed to leave from El to CPT on the 7th of December at 15:30 (I still have that ticket) The bus never arrived and when I called the company they said a shuttle came to fetch us but there was no shuttle. No one called us to say that the shuttle with come and drop us where the bus is at. The lady said the guy called but we didn’t have any missed call on both our phones and we had asked to speak to a manager and we were never granted that opportunity. I hate this company so much . We had to book another bus with money that we didn’t have . And on top of that the lady I spoke to Natasha whom was responsible for El people

Bus has no management whatsoever. We were scheduled to leave Queenstown at 5pm, we had to wait for people from PE, they arrived but still we had to wait, as im writing this review we have not left Queenstown and time is 19:37. No explanation and bus is being managed by passengers

Expected to leave Park Station at 19h00. We left at 20h00. 40min later, we stopped at a depot for a go tank of diesel. This lasted about an hour. It's now 00h09, and we're only at our first stop (Bloemfontein). Seats don't recline, and there's no airconditioner. You gey what you pay for. Lesson: plan ahead and stick with reliable house brands.

I personally have a bad experience regarding Nobles transportation as I'm currently in a bus that has been stuck for round about an hour. The driver informed us that he reported the matter, and it might take about 8 to 10 hours to get another bus. He's now not able to reach the company as they keep on hanging up. We stuck due to the fact that the bus's wheel went off as the bus was on the move.
