I placed an order for a cordless mic on the 19th of August 2015 and the website stated the product was in stock and delivery in two days.<br> <br> When I did not receive anything on the 25th August , I emailed them and they said there where no stock and had order it from overseas and it would take two weeks.<br> <br> So on 21st September emailed them again told me they have received stock and will dispatching it the following day.<br> <br> Phoned them again on the 25th of September and Chris told me that they would dispatching the following week there were some problems at customs.<br> <br> So it is clear that they lied to me when they said they received it on 21st September .<br> When I asked if they could send it asap ,as my client is going to fire me if I don't finish the job before 26th of September , I was told that for faster courier I would have to pay extra?!<br> <br> Why do I have to phone them to find out that the product I bought is not in stock (the website stated there is)and that delivery is delayed?<br> Why don't you just tell me you do not know how long shipping is going to take instead of giving me a date and not delivering?<br> <br>
