i have made an order and fully paid on the 11th February. Till today (16th February) there have been ducking and dodging me, making endless promises, Now they ahve decided to switch off their phones. I am in talks with my legal rep to sue them.<br> <br> his number : 0825688107

I ordered a keyboard from Noise on 17 December 2015. Before paying I contacted them to confirm stock was available. They assured me they had the item in stock. When i arrived at their store to collect, I found they had ordered the wrong item. Calvin told me that the right one would be ordered and I could collect 3 days later. I then got a mail saying that the item I had originally ordered was not it stock and that shipment would only arrive in the new year. This after I had confirmed stock availability a week before. I asked when in the new year and was not given a definite answer. I have been contacting then ever since to find out when my item is arriving and am given different answers everytime. The only feedback I get is when I send mails and make calls to chase them. They do not come back to you out of their own. I was promised my item yesterday, needless to say it never arrived. I contacted Noise to ask why and they are still just ignoring me. I have been waiting 7 weeks for an item they told me was available. No clear answers to questions and no replies to mails. I escalated this to their manager and this made no difference at all. By far the WORST service ever received.

Two weekends ago, I bought a laptop stand from Noise Online.<br> <br> The receipt for the purchase did not provide a lead time to delivery, nor did it provide a tracking number. After several days of waiting, I decided to e-mail Noise Online who responded days later to say they were having stock issues. A few days later, I called them and they said they'd get back to me with an update, which they did not.<br> <br> It is now 2x weeks since I bought my item, but I have neither received nor been informed about the status of its delivery. I have now asked for a full refund from them as I do not deal with companies that cannot take the time to communicate, or take pride in their work (assuming they are not scammers, of course).<br> <br> Avoid Noise Online. For an online seller, they do not engender any form of trust.

I contacted Aiden from Noise online who confirmed the product was available. I made the payment. Shipping got delayed and I had to keep following up with poor feedback being provided.<br> I finally after 2 weeks received the wrong product. I sent it back and was promised my money be returned. The payment is still outstanding and I only get lame excuses as to why it has not been paid yet.

I ordered a Samson 8u rack from the shop, the payment was made on the 24 November 2015.<br> <br> till today i still have not received anything, nobody isn't saying anything. when i call they say they will get back to me and they dont, i tried cancelling the order but they said no we will deliever with two days, its been a good 3 weeks now. they dont reply to my emails<br> <br> can you please sort this out or cancel my order and refund all my money<br>

I placed an order for a cordless mic on the 19th of August 2015 and the website stated the product was in stock and delivery in two days.<br> <br> When I did not receive anything on the 25th August , I emailed them and they said there where no stock and had order it from overseas and it would take two weeks.<br> <br> So on 21st September emailed them again told me they have received stock and will dispatching it the following day.<br> <br> Phoned them again on the 25th of September and Chris told me that they would dispatching the following week there were some problems at customs.<br> <br> So it is clear that they lied to me when they said they received it on 21st September .<br> When I asked if they could send it asap ,as my client is going to fire me if I don't finish the job before 26th of September , I was told that for faster courier I would have to pay extra?!<br> <br> Why do I have to phone them to find out that the product I bought is not in stock (the website stated there is)and that delivery is delayed?<br> Why don't you just tell me you do not know how long shipping is going to take instead of giving me a date and not delivering?<br> <br>
