If generating case numbers was a business, they would be fantastic.. Thats all they actually seem to be able to do with any conviction. I requested to move my fibre to a new address 18 days ago... No feedback whatsoever. I call multiple times and each time all I get back is another case number and nothing else. Vox can install a new fibre line within 4 days.. Supersonic cannot even follow up in that timeframe. So disappointed.. and they dont even try to retain the business at all..... looks like I have to cancel....
I ordered a keyboard from Noise on 17 December 2015. Before paying I contacted them to confirm stock was available. They assured me they had the item in stock. When i arrived at their store to collect, I found they had ordered the wrong item. Calvin told me that the right one would be ordered and I could collect 3 days later. I then got a mail saying that the item I had originally ordered was not it stock and that shipment would only arrive in the new year. This after I had confirmed stock availability a week before. I asked when in the new year and was not given a definite answer. I have been contacting then ever since to find out when my item is arriving and am given different answers everytime. The only feedback I get is when I send mails and make calls to chase them. They do not come back to you out of their own. I was promised my item yesterday, needless to say it never arrived. I contacted Noise to ask why and they are still just ignoring me. I have been waiting 7 weeks for an item they told me was available. No clear answers to questions and no replies to mails. I escalated this to their manager and this made no difference at all. By far the WORST service ever received.
