Let's Provide Vouchers to Keep Customers

We've won a voucher for Comedy Night at Nomad Bistro. However, upon arrival it took minutes for me and my guests to be seated as the waiter had no idea how to the voucher worked. Also, the glasses presented to us was dirty, as if they taken out old dish-washing water, not very hygienic.

Also, there was a 1h30minutes delay to bring a simple plate of food.

Horrible service as I had to look for our waiter to see the bill and yet, no-one was found.

Overall I don't think I'll ever visit the bistro ever again.
