No quality for money. 2 weeks ago I had my laundry done at this laundromat, however I got one of my jerseys. I want to know how do you charge so much for for laundry, yet they damage your clothing. I want kindly know who will be paying for these damage
McDonald's in Kuilsriver is definitely a franchise to avoid. Ordered a McChicken had some rotting lettuce on my burger. Highly dissapointed.
This is the third time I've come to DDs for the Frosty Frozen delight and be told they don't have it or can't make due to not having the ingredients... Why advertise something, when you can make it?!
Dissapointed... Bought the 3 fruit juices and got no free gift, not that it matters, but the cashier's attitude towards it was so upsetting. Plus, they advertise combo deals, but dont have the product of the combo or only half of it. Pathetic.
Horrible service. There was literally one person working at the till and operating the ice cream machines. Worst of all is the unrulyness of their stations and the fact of matter that the tissues are stuck to the cones. Will not visit again.
Let's Provide Vouchers to Keep Customers We've won a voucher for Comedy Night at Nomad Bistro. However, upon arrival it took minutes for me and my guests to be seated as the waiter had no idea how to the voucher worked. Also, the glasses presented to us was dirty, as if they taken out old dish-washing water, not very hygienic. Also, there was a 1h30minutes delay to bring a simple plate of food. Horrible service as I had to look for our waiter to see the bill and yet, no-one was found. Overall I don't think I'll ever visit the bistro ever again.
On the 28th February 2019, I contacted Cell C Customer Care line as I was curious whether or not my account has been paid. On the call the representative confirmed the following: 1) My account is up to date and paid for the month in question. 2) An "accidental" R200 was deducted which was incorrect, but since Cell C cannot refund me to my bank card, it will be credit towards my Cell C account. As the representative confirmed that my account was paid and up to date, my mind was at ease. Please note, that since I was under the impression that my account was up to date, I had to use the remaining balance in my account due to an emergency that was unforeseen. My account is always paid in full with no problem as I always make sure to have the right amount in my account, the R200 that was deducted was an unexpected amount for connection fees for the new contract I took out at the end of February at Cape Gate CellC, where no one there informed me of the connection fee that I would have to pay. On the 2nd March 2019, I visited the Cell C store in Bayside Mall and was informed that I was incorrectly informed by the Call Center representative and that my account has an outstanding balance of +/- R846.00. I explained to the agent that I was under the impression that my account was paid and that I had to use the remaining balance for an emergency. The agent, at Bayside Mall, confirmed that she will make a note on my account and nothing will happen as they will just deduct the back log with the billing amount in the end of March. She assured me that my account will be unchanged, because action will only be taken if I fail to pay twice. Also that I would still be able to use my account through March. A week after this discussion, I received 2 sms's stating that my account was in arrears and that my account will be suspended until the end of March when the amount was deducted. Now this is my problem: On 2 occasions I was falsely informed of information which led to this entire mess and this is not fair towards me as an consumer in the end of day. I understand that the account is my responsibility, but informing customers of the correct processes is your responsibility. Because of the incompetence of your Customer Services, my account looks bad and I am not taking responsibility for this.
My first experience at the sushi restaurant was great, no complaints. However with our second seating I experienced the most horrendous service from the sushi restaurant. The salmon was quite off and when we complained, the owner belittled us in front of other customers by eating it and telling us we have no taste buds - Quite rude and harsh coming from someone that needs consumers to support his restaurant. Secondly, my partner ordered crunchy salmon rolls and upon biting into it; she discovered that the salmon is not salmon, but crab - She is allergic to crab... Once again the owner was rude and accused us of wanting a free meal. I will not be visiting this sushi restaurant again because: 1) Bad service 2) Bad attitude from the owner 3) Health hazard With the above being said, the waiters are very customer centric, pity they work for a owner who has none.
