The lady just swore at me and shouted at the top of her voice at Mhlanga rocks. This happened today at the beach and after she tried to hit me through the vendors supervisor called Mkhize. This incident ruined my day. Totally rude

This is the third time I've come to DDs for the Frosty Frozen delight and be told they don't have it or can't make due to not having the ingredients... Why advertise something, when you can make it?!

I’ve been working at Dunkins donuts the one in Grandwest Cape Town for two years and for the months of November December 2018 I did not receive my salary. I went to the store a lot of times and spoke with my manager Bathini Blayi she was supposed to sort it out but she always says she don’t know anything but she’s the one that sends my working hours to the head office. I spoke to Martinius Groble the operation manager who was suppose to sort it out but they all not doing anything and avoiding me.

I visited Dunkin Donuts N1 City on 14/02/2018 at 16h34 (have a photo) with nearly empty shelves except for 6 trays half full. The excuse what that they were very busy during the day. They also put the donuts a customer in front of me bought in a paper bag iso of the normal box. The reply was we don't have stock. Staff sits a round and wait for 21h00 so that they can go home iso of baking more donuts. This has happened many times before and I have emailed them and they don't seem to care as they don't reply. The Customer service telephone line is a los useless. Your service is going down the drain and I will longer be buying donuts from N1 City or Tygervalley where I have had the same experience.

Dear Dunkkin Donuts My family and i had the worst ever experienceat Dunkin Donuts N1 city today. I ordered cuppaccinos for the family and I was given coffees instead. Once i noticed i took it back to the counter with our till slip. Ok so it could be excused as an honest mistake but when I went down to have it exchanged the staff behind the counter and the tills started laughing at us infront of customers. and speaking in another language infront view of a queue full of customers on a busy Friday. We were extremely humiliated and disgusted but the ignorance of your staff at the N1 city cape town Branch(South Africa). I should lay a criminal charge of crimen injuria (defatmation). There is no level of customer service whatsoever. I will definitely relay this disgusting experience to others. Dissatisfied customer

That seems a bit excessive. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please do let me know how you guys operate if you can sit without stock 3 hours before closing time. Im really curious! I mean, surely you make these dougnuts on site?? :)</p>

<p>Good day, we have been buying from dunkin donuts since they've been in the country. Actually going twice/thrice on a weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>We raised the issue of no happy faces; to my surprise (not really) there was no happy faces. There was also only 3 types of donuts that had fillings. It was all custard no chocolate.</p> <p> </p> <p>i find this highly suspicious, seeing that everytime it's weekend or school holiday the amount of solid donuts(with custard/chocolate) disappears and only donuts with holes is available.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve raised this issue before, numerous times in June, to date no happy faces. I’m sure I’ll get a swift call to explain to me why there's no Nutella or why your contract doesn't allow you to buy any other sort of Nutella chocolate. i spoke to a lady in June who promised me that she'll come back to me as soon as the latter is in stock; well guess what, no feedback no happy faces, less filled donuts.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is shocking for such a sought after company; horrible service; horrible donuts.</p> <p>If happy faces aren't back this weekend i will start a campaign against you (remember what happened to spur), don't count yourselves above the rest. <p>I really love Dunkin' Donuts. Really quality product. However my last two visits haven't been great. My husband only likes the happy faces with chocolate filling. I did contact Dunkin' Donuts to complain about this,apparently they're battling to get the chocolate filling.......</p> <p>My next visit to Dunkin' Donuts just as disappointing. Only 4 donuts with a filling. </p> <p>It seems that it's a cost cutting situation? </p> <p>If this is to contiue I will take my business elsewhere </p> <p>cinnabon is another option. </p>
