I visited Dunkin Donuts N1 City on 14/02/2018 at 16h34 (have a photo) with nearly empty shelves except for 6 trays half full. The excuse what that they were very busy during the day. They also put the donuts a customer in front of me bought in a paper bag iso of the normal box. The reply was we don't have stock. Staff sits a round and wait for 21h00 so that they can go home iso of baking more donuts. This has happened many times before and I have emailed them and they don't seem to care as they don't reply. The Customer service telephone line is a los useless. Your service is going down the drain and I will longer be buying donuts from N1 City or Tygervalley where I have had the same experience.
