Brilliant service first time. Dreadful service now. I’ ordered , they split into two orders which if you that way inclined , extra money for shipping. Then I’m told only one parcel will be sent as I didn’t pay for one of them. Really? Surly if that had been done it would have not let the sale through. I’ve had to supply them with so much info,they need blood tests then they literally have everything
What a wonderful product, unfortunately the service (I don't think it even qualifies as service ), is putrid!! Not once but twice did we have an appointment with a technician ; but on arrival they were not there. I've now booked 4 times to have my devises apple ID made the same on all devises so that they will sync. This Saturday we booked again, and would you believe another technician off sick (of course too much trouble to contact us in this regard) We were told not to worry we would be seen to very shortly...never happened. My day had been planned around my booking Each time I've been into an Istore I leave disgusted in the lack of knowledge in their product and the offhand way clients are dealt with. Good product but is it worth the trouble? I have 5 apple devises, how many more do I buy to get service? I myself am a business owner, If I ran my business that way I would probably be closing my doors. I've been a business owner for 13y,all my clients leave happy. Shouldn't that be your goal? And incase you want to get an iwatch ,be aware that if it should break, the repair cost is practically the cost of a new one Something to think about...
I have tried numerous times to get my ID card through standard bank and home affairs, but the payment will not go through. I've notified the bank on a few occasions and each time they say its home affairs fault. I find it odd that when trying to pay for tickets through NUTICKETS I get the same result, error on the system. So my husband has to do it for me through FNB. So my question is, do I change banks? It would seem that the matter is insignificant to Standard Bank and not worthy of their time.
I have been having an horrendous time since I started a contract with Telkom. 1. In breach of contract from the start. 2. They capped an uncapped contract 3. I had little to no wifi throughout the contract 4. Call center is a joke, even Telkom employees admit to this 5. My lawyer has cancelled the contract many months back due to breach of contract. 6. I have to reverse payment monthly as Im being charged for a contract which has been ended legally 7. So I have done everything on my part to end the contract yet Im still being charged 8. I'm told time and time again that my case is being dealt with and that they have a 72h turn around time. 9. I've been fighting this battle for over a year. 10. Is Telkom above the law? 11. It would seem Ill have to take Telkom to court to get their attention. 121. I've never experienced such lack of service and arrogance in my entire life 13. Best of all ,this will be ignored Never again!
<p>Standard bank canal walk offers a facility whereby you can log into home affairs, fill in relevant paperwork and then through this facility, pay home affairs </p> <p>after they you go to canal walk Standard bank to have finger prints etc done to complete the process. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ive been trying for at least 6 months. When payment must be mane, standard bank doesn't allow it to go through. </p> <p>I have complained on Hello Peter several times to no avail. I've had no answer and no resolution </p> <p> </p> <p>I've banked with Standard bank for about 30 years and was very impressed with there service. But in the last few years I've found Standard bank to have very poor service. </p> <p> </p> <p>Will this be resolved? Very unlikely , I've been waiting 6 months. Why should I suddenly get service now. </p>

<p>I've never experienced such awful service. No one seems to know what they're doing. They continually ask the same questions. Surely you can use your computer to call up my details? After I've repeated myself 20-30 times to do many people,you would think I would have the problem resolved. Ha ha. No way. I keep getting messages telling me the problem has been dealt with. Been told it's been escalated. That was months ago. Exactly what does one have to do to have my complaint dealt with and a solution </p>
<p>I've bought many things from takealot. What a wonderful experience. It's delivered to your door within the week. If anything is faulty or if you ordered the wrong size etc. , not a problem. They fetch and replace or refund </p> <p>If only all businesses could be so professional </p>

<p>Im once again complaining, Why? Because I live in hope that one day I will get the service I expect and deserve. Unfortunately it seems the only departement that actually functions is accounts. Im sick of waisting my time laying complaints at customer care. Emails,sms and phone calls with no result. Well actually I get the same reply each time....</p> <p>PLEASE GIVE US YOUR DETAILS. REALY??????</p> <p>Pity such a large company has no one able to pull up customers details. </p> <p>I work from home so Im using another provider due to such incompetence!
