0-rating submission. Since my house was damaged and claim submitted on the 7th, nothing is processed by Mr Heindric Smith. None of the calls are answered for weeks holding for an agent until today the 21st when Mr Sikhetho Hlungwane followed up and gave me timeline of Thursday 23rd. I spent a lot of money repairing damages in the home but still struggling with ABSA to replace the gate motor. They don’t care about my familys safety

The technician installing the device messed up the turbo and the engine. From Friday there are warnings straight after the installation, and I informed the technician. He said the warnings will clear as the day passes. It got worse. The car would not stay at 100kms, it kept breaking it self abruptly and the speed suddenly going down. It got to a point where the car just switched off a couple of times in heavy traffic. Tracker put my life in danger and I have been calling from Saturday morning, I still have not been assisted . The technician says I must take the car for assessments on my own account
I called Vodacom after discovering that my WIFI connection was damaged and the person on the other side said calling is not enough I must send an email with the sms reference they send me so I could get assistance. I did so with the reference of SR250507-698097, on the same day. A day later when I wanted to know what the progress is, the lady informed me that they only consider my complaint after 48 hours and I must wait since it’s a few hours before then. On the next day I called again and the guy said they’re aware and someone from the technical team will call me. On the next day another operator informed me that someone from technical will get back to me. This is the 5th day that I’m without Wi-Fi and when I call the operator informed me that someone will call me as the matter has been escalated twice. I’m curious as to what are their timelines of addressing customer complaints and closing them
Review is Zero, please never pay a lump sum to Makro in the year end period because this is happening for the second time. It seems like the Makro team always miss allocates finds paid during this period. After paying on the same account consistently for years, they claim to not have received payments not the proofs sent on emails and Watsap. After having paid two weeks back I’m being sent reminders to pay as my previous payments were not allocated. Stay away from Makro RCS in the festive season
The rating is Zero (point of clarity) I opened a business account that I can’t use because they say someone used me credentials and now I must get new email adress. I have a business account that I can’t transact in because they can’t open an app for me unless I get another email adres. They can’t cancel the ***** emailer and I cones straight to my current email. What a nightmare
No assistance to collect my card at Trichardt fnb Mpumalanga The only available person took time to attend the existing client whilst she was at the back for long This is outrageous
The worst travel experience I’ve ever had. The bus has thin hard seating that don’t recline, toilets closed people relieve themselves outside in the grass, the driver too fast hiting humps and potholes so hard. Absolutely the worst trip for R410 which I not cheap. Next time greyhound all the way.
Thank you for informing my close friend of a problem that occurred at midnight. When I called netstar a guy claimed it there’s a mistake and all my policies are cancelled. A lady named Dorcas assisted me and confirmed that the car is in motion and the location. Keep up the good work my lady
