this is not for bossa vredekloof but bossa tygerfalls - we always order my wife the smoked chicken & avo salad - in the restaurant it is a lot of food but when we ordered a takeaway salad we we're extremely disappointed - as you can see in the photos the salad is not suppose to have rocket & so many leaves in it - their was no nuts - hardly any chicken etc. - fix this immediately or we won't go to bossa again & go back to Copper Club
we paid over R500 to pay for a lady to clean our house - she did nothing - i'm absolutely shocked at the terrible service - the whole house is still full of dust everywhere - she was here from 0700 - 1700 - what did she do? - i'm extremely upset -
Good Morning – I bought a new zink etc. on Friday – I was promised by Jennah that it would be delivered early morning on Wednesday – they still phoned me to confirm delivery address – to my absolute disgust it wasn’t delivered & now I have lost over R10 000 in order to re arrange the granite guys coming out again to cut out the specific holes – I’m extremely upset – we’re moving end July & it seems that our kitchen won’t be finished due to the incapability to do the most simple of actions – to deliver freaking zink – I need Italtile to come to the party now & either give me a discount on the zink that was bought – or I’m going to be forced to contact my lawyer on retainer to sort this out – we’ve now spent over R77 000 with Italtile & this is not the first time – your service is absolutely atrocious – Jean Bresler
good day - we bought some home improvements tiles etc. from Brandon Wood @ italtile in Northgate/Cape Town - we walked into Italtile to get what we need - Brandon helped us but then ended up selling us too big tiles - when my contractor queried it Brandon said my builder doesn't know what his talking about which i found extremely offensive - also he never asked us for bonding agents - grouting etc. - we are extremely upset because we had to go back to Italtile on 3/6 again - I have also complained to Mohammed the manager to which we've had no response when we we're their - Saturday morning we had a meeting with Brandon to which we we're told he was @ Makro - I then asked for Mohammed to which we we're told that his on the phone with a client - he never came down until another kind man helped us - we are the customer/we are stupid when it comes to building etc., - Brandon never asked us about the extras we need - prompting having to go back to Italtile which was extremely annoying - your service is shocking - I will never ever buy from Italtile again - I've also noticed that Brandon is the assistant manager - I'm sorry to say - he is not mx material - we've spent R70 000 with you guys - & all we got was terrible service - i hope someone comes back to me to try & sort out the mess that has been created - also I'm still awaiting my R3059 refund as per the gentleman on Saturday - 3/6 - Jean Bresler - 063 549 1987
good day - i ordered a pizza @ 1601 yesterday afternoon - the shop accepted my order & 15 minutes later your app stated that the driver is on his way - well i only got my food @ 1915 last night - that's a 3 hour wait for my food - I'm am extremely upset because I've been ordering from Debonairs Tygervalley for years now - when the pizza came to me last night the pizza was in an absolute mess - i was so disgusted - please contact me to fix this issue asap - Jean Bresler
last week week we ate at asami's tygervalley - the buffet is R220 then the waiter tells us that if it's before 4pm it's R130 - i then tried numerous times to get hold of this branch & both numbers are just off - tried to make an appointment yesterday via your site - no one came back to me - yesterday i phoned the cobble walk branch to find out the buffet prices - the gentleman i spoke to then said before 4pm it's R169 & obviously thereafter it's R220 - to my shock we went to Asami's yesterday & they told us it's R220 - after about ten minutes the manger rocks up with a very sarcastic smile on his face - i explain the situation to him to which he starts laughing & says i have no idea what I'm talking about & that the buffet is R220 - he then explained to me after i asked him why we can't get hold of the tygervalley branch that the phones we're stolen weeks ago - i mean seriously - your a professional business & we can't even make an appointment/booking? - as we we're walking away i heard him telling the waiter that i was a dush - to which i took exception too - as we're waling down the steps i turn around & his laughing at me like this was a big joke - I'm going to blast ASAMI's on every social website i can find - we are disgusted in your management & Staff -
good day - my wife bought me coke zero - i buy about 16 bottles per week - please find pictures of the discoloration from one bottle to the next - if this isn't rectified & replaced i will not buy any pen bev cooldrinks - Jean Bresler
Morning Leigh Ann - we we’re at Tipples yesterday - hoping for a better experience we had steak - egg & chips - my steak was perfect but my wife’s steak was Sinue - I will take a photo of the steak tonight & send you - also we ordered a dom pedro - ordered - waited 20 minutes & asked the waitron how far is the drink - to our surprise she said she had to go make it herself - I tried to give you guys a second chance but things just don’t change & when I went to go pay is she split the bill - then she points at my wife saying my wife wanted it split - we never split bills - I’m trying to give you another chance but their seems to be too many waitress & not enough service - again a very disappointed customer -
we've been going to Tipples for quite a while - we left & came back because we saw it's under new management - yesterday(18/4) we took our daughter their for drinks & lunch - Simone helped us - after 30 minutes i queried how far our food is - the lady tried to find out & said that they've just put in the steak - i told Simone & her Colleague to cancel the food order - we've been waiting too long - as i went to sit down i saw the one waitron tell Simone the story - to which she replied(btw i can read lips) - 'wie de fok dink hy hy is" - to which I stood up asked for the bill to pay for our drinks & left - I told Simone after she apologized that Tipples will not see me again - it's a pitty - because we've been enjoying the new vibe & great food - wishing you all the best - Bresler
