The waiter was very nice and kind. Then one of the customers (a white gentleman) came to us to say we were making noise, we were 4 on our table, he came from a table of about 10 or more guys. And on top of that, there were other people around us making "noise" by literally just conversating and having fun, which is what we were doing, not bothering anyone. We felt really disturbed and uncomfortable there. The manager there (the name is Jacques) was also not very nice and accomodating. Not happy with the atmosphere but the service was overall great

The waiter was very nice and kind. Then one of the customers (a white gentleman) came to us to say we were making noise, we were 4 on our table, he came from a table of about 10 or more guys. We went there on the 30th , after giving us our table we waited 20 minutes to order a drink with our starters eventually after almost 40 minutes or order came , with the wrong fries as I wanted sweetpatato fries any the waiter brought it afterwards drenched in oil.. We ate , ready to order our mains , in between , bcs we sat in the middle , the staff spoke to each other as they saw fit u...swearing, disrespectful...to top it of we could hear the customer's complain at the managers desk ...as we sat an waited a waiter came to as ..are u guys still good , I said we still waiting ...an he smiled ..no extra mile ..to ask can I help ..nothing ...our mains was an hour wait...our waiter came to say there is a delay an I polity asked to cancel an bring the bill , as the manager heard he came to ask if we ok so I said we waiting for our mains for a hour we would like the bill and leave , He walked away into the kitchen an our waiter follows , a few minutes pass he an the waiter comes with the food , I said that I requested it to be canceled a few minutes ago , I told the manager this was my husbands birthday supper , now I should take him home with out food it's pathetic, he had the nerve to tell me , they busy bcs it's burger night special so our food was not urgent...what the hell,... iam disgusted in bossa tygerfalls...

Bad service. The waitress was very nonchalant and couldn’t care less. The manager was not open to listen to my request and dismissed us the moment he came to our table. The drinks were terrible and not worth the money. I’ve been a customer for years since 2021 and the service I received on 20 December 2024 was appalling. If you’re looking for good service, don’t go to Bossa Tygerfalls. You will not be happy.

Bad service. The waitress was very nonchalant and couldn’t care less. The manager was not open to listen to my request and dismissed us the moment he came to our table. The drinks were terrible and not worth the money. I’ve been a customer for years since 2021 and the service I received on 20 December 2024 was appalling. If you’re looking for good service, don’t go to Bossa Tygerfalls. You will not be happy.

Had a very bad experience on Sunday at Bossa Tyger falls came with my family the meals was not as asked for myself an husband ordered steak an it was not cooked medium to well , the steak very was ****** I showed the waiter how it was cooked she said I did inform the manager but no one came to apologise im truly disappointed in the service at your restaurant

We came all the way from Camps Bay, and really wanted to watch the Manchester United game as loyal supporters, however we were informed that due to their “Policy” - football is not allowed to be shown or played on TV. We really just wanted to have a drink at Bossa as this is a franchise we regularly make use of. It makes absolutely no sense as to why football cannot be played on TV. Anyways, we’ll never come here again.

Utterly disgraceful. After going to this specific branch for only a third time, I don't foresee going back there anytime soon. After being seated, we waited for a waiter for almost 10 minuets just to order our drinks - the restaurant was basically empty but the outside seating was busy. Our drinks took forever to arrive, which we could standing on the bar counter for some time. Throughout the afternoon there, we waited very long to place orders or make requests. When our Nachos arrived, it was very underwhelming in presentation, portion size and taste. The chicken was few and far in between and dry, there was very little cheese and overall, bland. Our side of fries arrived late, after querying where it was, and that was about the old good thing on the day. Very disappointing.

I am writing this review only because I personally feel that it needs to be dealt with and communication with customers needs to be better. On the 4th December 2023, my husband and I went to Bossa in Tygervally for our anniversary, service was great vibe was excellent. I had no problem with Bossa Tygerfalls as this would be my 3rd time with my husband, I ordered the Buffalo wings and the Burger special as we always do but for some reason the buffalo wings smelled funny and the burger smelled like it was off. Unfortunately I did not finish and the waiter asked to pack it away and I said no thank you. She then asked if everything was okay and I said the food was not great as before, and she apologised but this needs to be checked because luckily we did not get food poisoning. Then beside the incident on the 11th December we decided to take my mother in law for the burger special again, my father in law called to ask if he should make a reservation as I had a 5 month old baby and we needed to sit inside and they told him they have a certain amount for walk ins so it should be fine. Yet we should be there before 6pm. Right cool we get to Bossa just before 6pm and it is packed but only availability outside, the person who we asked if there is availability which is a white male, basically did not care all he said was there is no availability only outside and he was very dismissive. He then said oh they full the entire week inside and only availably outside knowing it is windy and we have a baby whom was in the pram. He did not even make a way to say you may sit behind the covers or have an option for us. We then decided to go to Copper Club which is not also Baby friendly but the assisted us the best they can. The fact of the matter is the miscommunication on the phone and the staff at the front was horrible because we went there thinking they had place and secondly because Bossa was packed they seemed like the didn't need the extra people so just turn them away. I really like Bossa and I love how great their prices are for food BUT I have decided that I will rather go to a place with great customer service which is Copper Club and more accommodating than a place that simply has atrocious customer service. This is the badse restaurant pub an Grill you can get bossa tiger falls will never see me again. After enterd by the restaurant we where taken to our seats. And ever sins then people come in and wash sirft with a smile while we sit and wait. But no one atend to us they thit not even noted that whe stand up and walked out. Not even the staff nore manager treyd to help us. Really bad management.
