This agency completely ignores tenant concerns. I’ve reported multiple issues, but they either delay responses or don’t follow up at all. It’s frustrating dealing with a company that shows so little care for the people renting through them. Tenants deserve to be treated with respect and have their problems handled properly. Terrible service! The agency doesn’t listen to tenants or take any responsibility when problems arise. Complaints go unanswered, and you’re left to deal with issues on your own. It’s clear they only care about collecting rent, not maintaining their properties or supporting their tenants.
Viking Villas is an apartment space near Buh Rein Estate in Kraaifontein. It is located in Viking Drive, East Rural, Kraaifontein. The experience I have had living in this place is appalling to say the least. Not only do we face ************** and unfairness but so do the children. It is not a safe environment at all. There are people constantly guarding you and treating us like children. Some have made this a retirement home which has forced young children to stay in apartments all day yet there are play areas in the complex simply because an old lady has complained that her sickly mother needs to sleep. The ****** is even worse. The body corporate does not care. We are being accused of making noise over the weekend yet we weren’t even home the whole weekend until Monday midday. This place needs to be investigated and it is a warning especially for young Africans who have children, do not live in this place. You will regret it.
Bad service. The waitress was very nonchalant and couldn’t care less. The manager was not open to listen to my request and dismissed us the moment he came to our table. The drinks were terrible and not worth the money. I’ve been a customer for years since 2021 and the service I received on 20 December 2024 was appalling. If you’re looking for good service, don’t go to Bossa Tygerfalls. You will not be happy.
I have not received an update regarding a payment that was debited from my account 3 weeks ago and LGR attorneys are ignoring me. I’ve sent several emails and even made phone calls. LGR spams me with reminders to make payment yet the payment was made. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.
Lime loans instructed for a DebiCheck to be completed on my account on 26.09.24 (without my instruction as I was not aware that it would be deducted). The account was sent to a debt collection company which I was in contact with to make a payment arrangement. Lime loans has deducted the amount yet I’m still receiving reminders to make payment of the full amount yet half the amount owed has been paid. Lime loans is ignoring and dismissing my requests and simply sending me back to the debt collector. The debt collector is referring me to Lime loans because they deducted the payment. I’m very unhappy with the way this is being handled as I feel like I’m not in the loop regarding a payment that was taken from my account. I have requested an update for 3 weeks now, still no update.
