The waiter was very nice and kind. Then one of the customers (a white gentleman) came to us to say we were making noise, we were 4 on our table, he came from a table of about 10 or more guys. And on top of that, there were other people around us making "noise" by literally just conversating and having fun, which is what we were doing, not bothering anyone. We felt really disturbed and uncomfortable there. The manager there (the name is Jacques) was also not very nice and accomodating. Not happy with the atmosphere but the service was overall great
I took my car in for a factory fault (Engine issues) on the 9th of September 2024. Till to date I have not got my car back, every week it's a different story. I am more than ****ed at the rate of service Nissan Kuilsriver has given me. I will be taking this matter in court with my lawyers!
I am utterly disappointed with the service I received from Nissan Kuilsriver and Nissan South Africa. My car was services with the Kuilsriver branch sometime in July, after the service the car had a different sound but I did not really pay much attention to it. On the 8th of September, my car started losing power and almost caused me an accident on the freeway. I took it in at the Kuilsriver branch the Monday (9 September 2024). I have not had a car since, when I asked for a loan vehicle i have been given different stories till today. The inconvenience of getting to work and home everyday is frustrating, to say the least. This issue is not my fault, therefore I do not understand why I cannot be loaned a vehicle while I am waiting for mine to be fixed. This level of service is unacceptable and I am utterly disgusted.
