Great teamwork
Wow, the team that came to install the SOLAR solution yesterday 9/04/2025 was amazing. They completed what they needed and tidied up after them as if they were never here. Siya, Wazeem, Khanya and Wayne, they are amazing and it was real pleasure having them here.

GoSolr Installation
Gosolr Installation. Sales was quick to sign me up told me i'll be up and running in 1 week i just need to pay my admin profile fee as soos as possible. Week goes by nothing, happens. Call them, only get apologies, another 2 weeks goes by finally they came after a battle. They show up at 2pm. Do half an Installation then say they dont know when the panels will arrive but they will be back tomorrow. Worst customer experience. Would not recommend this company. Unless you have patience and expectation of never hearing anything back.

Poor installation and customer service.
The installation was done in Feb 2023 but left a number of incomplete items which they 'promised' they will come back and resolve. They used white trunking right in the middle of our charcoal roof, which you can see from miles away. the workmanship is so bad and the trunking looks like it was done by a 2 year old . We have logged tickets with Gosolr to get it resolved but to no avail. So they lie when they want to leave by saying they will come back and they don't respond to requests to resolve the issues. There is no way to get a contact email or phone number on the internet which says a lot for Nonstop. The panels rattle so much when ever there is wind and you cannot sleep. When ever there is load shedding our power keeps tripping and this started happening after the install. I am currently seeking legal advice on way forward. I would give them a zero star rating if I could.

They were assigned as my installers by GoSolr. They did the installation in Feb 2023 but left a number of incomplete items which they 'promised' they will come back and resolve. I think you can see where this is heading. My downlights were left hanging out the ceiling, there is a kitchen panel missing from my cupboards, there is exposed cabling on my ouside walls and the trunking looked like it was done by a 6 year old in some places. I have logged tickets with gosolr to get it resolved. So they lie when they want to leave by saying they will come back and they dont respond to requests to resolve the issues. You will also find that there is no way to get a contact email or phone number on the internet which says a lot...
