Bought products online. Three days later they tell me half the stuff I bought is out of stock, request a refund. I'm told it'll take 3-5 business days. Fine. It's eight business later, I still don't have my refund. When I enquired again the story changed to seven business days. Do not buy from their online store, they are utterly useless. They owe me close to R1000 and just keep making up stories.
Horrible service. I was in an appointment when they called me, but someone was home. Driver didn't even ring the bell. When I called to follow up, Unis (no idea who he is, I got his number from customer service) responded by saying to me "what do you want me to do lady, the van is nowhere near that area anymore" He was incredibly rude.
Due to the dealer/service department's negligence, my service plan expired. I took my car in for a service in June, was advised to come collect it and bring it back in September. When I took it in last week, they phoned me and told me the service plan had expired. When I phoned Liquid Capital, they advised that my vehicle should, in fact, have been serviced back in June. Also, I was assured of a loan vehicle when I made my service booking, when I got there last week the sales guys had NO idea who I was, so the service department didn't communicate that with them. Thankfully they made a plan for me. The Kia Tygervalley service department is horrible. The service adviser I dealt with, Liezel, had a really bad attitude and kept trying to pass off blame to anyone and everyone else. She also promised someone would phone me about this issue last week. I am still waiting.
Payment went off twice due to the store's faulty machines. I find it ridiculous that CTM refuses to refund my account, I have to drive all the way back to the store.
I placed an online order a week ago, the website clearly stated the product I ordered was in stock and that delivery would take place within 3 days. It's now been 7 days, and nothing. When I followed up (which was a mission in itself as their customer care number is ooooooooooocnot working) I got a long story about how someone tried to phone me this weekend (which is a blatant lie) and the product is out of stock in the Western Cape, they would refund me. They then loaded online store credit on my profile, I had to phone back AGAIN to rectify that. I just checked, the product is clearly marked as 'in stock' online. I don't understand why it can't be shipped from somewhere else in SA? Absolutely pathetic.
Logged a fraud case over a week ago and have been desperately trying to get feedback ever since. Every time I phone the systems are down, I tweet and I'm ignored, when I go to a branch all I hear is 'sorry, we also have to phone'. What the actual hell FNB????? All I hear is how high the call volumes are at the fraud centre. Gee, I wonder why. Maybe because anyone can just open accounts in anyone else's name. Get your act together.
Fraud on my account. Someone walked into a branch in Roodepoort and simply opened an account on my profile, ordered a card, the works. I've been trying to sort this out for over TWO HOURS and FNB simply does not care. ZERO security. I cannot even remove the account from my profile.
Our system is not producing what it should, and Gosolr doesn't seem to give a damn as soon as they've got you locked in. Horrible after-sales service. The sales guy we dealt with, Jéan told us to contact him anytime for anything and now he's simply ignoring us when there are issues. Yet, when referring new clients to him he's quick to respond. And phoning the helpline is useless. They (Micaela, specifically) don't follow through with their promises and when I query via email, I just get ignored.
I have opted out of marketing communication through each and every channel available, and yet I am STILL getting spammed. Do NOT sign up with Vodacom unless you want to be spammed daily. I have begged, pleaded, and even added my number to a nationwide no contact list, and yet, I just now got another spam SMS.
