Noop in Paarl. A perfect meal.
An extraordinary meal with beautiful service. I would recommend Noop in a heartbeat. Don't let the pricing put you off - every mouthful is a delight, portion sizes are perfect with attentive but discreet service.

Chased away at Noop
2 of us showed up at Noop without a reservation. They accepted us and seated us outside and offered to switch on the gas heater. The waiter then came out with menus and took our drinks order. He came out with the drinks - my drink was drenched in cinnamon and it burnt my throat.<br> The waiter then came back to take our food order. We told the waiter that we were not going to eat. His reply: Do you want me to get fired? I even turned on the heater for you and you tell me you're not going to eat? You want me to get fired.<br> His entire attitude was just pissed off and made us feel very unwelcome. We then gave him a big tip and left immediately.
