Nora Finance *****ing people's money

I have been dealing with Nora Finance for a few months now and my experience was okay. The beginning of this month i app**** for a loan and was advised that they working on the loan. When i requested feedback i was given all kinds of stories from the systems being down to they can't get into their systems and and. Then mid month i was sent the form as all the time and the debi check authorization. Did it all and then when i followed up on the loan payment i was advised their system is down again. I left it and followed up until i just left it because i saw that the stories are now never ending. On the debit date my account was debited but i was never given a loan. I have been sending whatsapps and trying to call and no response. Please stay away from these people they are good at first it seems to lure you and then they do things to you
