i wish i can give -10 coz that is my rating for them. i took out a rent your agreement with Rental plus earlier this year. They were quite efficient and did the agreement fast, then they instruct you to give them a good review hence they have so many good reviews. Then last month my debit order didnt go off and i was instructed to pay my rental amount of R499 plus interest of R160 okay i thought maybe its fair and all. So the debit order was deducted for the amount of R659 no authorization requested or anything after they said i must pay the R160 via EFT which i thankfully didn't. I then saw this strange amount on my bank statement that i don't know of and reversed it. next morning which was yesterday Monday 03rd i received a threatening SMS, Whatsapp and email. FINAL REMINDER TO PAY R659 AS WELL AS R300 INTEREST FOR *****. and the message continues i need to pay it yesterday or return their merchandise or they will file a ***** case against me. i messaged them and advised i will make the payment but ill do it on the 7th. today they message me again and they message my reference i gave also. So last month interest was R160 and this month its R300 this is surely ******* and definitely not regulated. I am hoping i get advise here as to where to take this matter further. I will not be harassed and bul**** by ************ people. Don't do business with these people
I SERIOUSLY WISH I WAS NOT FORCED TO RATE THEM OR WAS GIVEN A MINUS OPTION. I MADE PAYMENT FOR MY WIFI THROUGH EASY PAY ON 05/10/2025 TO DATE MY ISP HAS STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PAYMENT AND THIS RESULTED IN MY SERVICE BEING SUSPENDED. I BEEN ASKING, BEGGING, PLEADING UNTIL I FINALLY LOST MY MIND AND STARTED SWEARING AT EASY PAY, BECAUSE THEY GOING ROUND AND ROUND. LAST WEEK I WAS TOLD THEIR BANK IS FNB AND THE PAYMENT IS STUCK WITH THEM BY THE END OF LAST WEEK IT WAS GOING TO BE RELEASED AND EITHER REFUNDED BACK TO ME TO MAKE PAYMENT TO MY ISP OR PUSHED TO THE ISP. I BEEN EMAILING AND BEING IGNORED CONSTANTLY, I CALL I LEAVE MESSAGES BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER AND EVEN THAT GETS IGNORED. I AM TIRED OF EASYPAY AND THEIR LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM WHICH HAS COSTED ME ALOT THIS MONTH AS I WAS FORCED TO TRAVEL 180KM EVERYDAY TO WORK AND BACK WHEN I HAVE A HYBRID OPTION. I WAS FORCED TO BUY DATA TO WORK AT HOME WHEN I DONT GET TO FINISH AT THE OFFICE. I AM REALLY UPSET AND JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY CAN GO TO HELL......................................... TO TOP IT ALL THE FIRST PERSON I SPOKE TO AVELA THAT ESCALATED THE CALL PUT ALL WRONG INFORMATION ON THE CALL AND IT RESULTED IN CAMAGU PRETENDING TO HELP ME AND RECTIFY IT BUT STILL NOTHING REF NUMBER:ESP43966 FOR ESCALATION THAT WAS REALLY NOT AN ESCALATION AT ALL. ANOTHER WAIST OF TIME
I seriously wish i had the option of putting - stars as i would have definitely done so. I make payments monthly for my month to month WIFI service with Afrihost/Vuma. So everymonth i use the instant EFT method which easypay has now cancelled and i was requested to use a card of which i used a debit card, The payment went through the portal but now not easypay nor Vuma or Afrihost can find the payment. i have sent them proof of payment and still nothing. Afrihost advised it will take 24-48hours to sort out this payment was made on Friday 03/10/2025 today is Wednesday 08/10/2025 and still nothing they waiting for F@7^*n% Vuma all the time is the same excuse i get. I work Hybrid i am unable to do that because of a useless ISP. Last time the same happened a whole month went by i had to make a payment again and they cannot find a payment. At the end of the month payment was miraculously allocated. This is BS and its been escalated which clearly means JackS^&% because still nothing is happening. DONT USE VUMA OR AFRIHOST they are equaly useless
I wish i had the option to give no stars at all. On 26th April 2025 i made a payment to my prepaid fiber line. On 30th April 2025 my line was disconnected and i called my ISP and they advised that they haven't received payment i sent them the payment and they advised they havent received it i must check with the bank. I made a payment again to get my line up and running. i then contacted the bank and they launched a full investigation and advised the money was definately paid to its receipient. I then contacted Afrihost and they couldn't trace the payment and then refered me to Vuma Reach who pays them. I been speaking to a guy called Sabelo for a whole week and he asked me for all proof of payment which i sent. The guy just went silent after sending him the last proof of payment. I still have not seen a refund nor have i recieved an explanation as to where my money went. i been sending follow up emails which are celarly being ignored. I dunno where and who to escalate to but i want my money back and i am in the process of looking for another service provider for my fiber line
I am highly annoyed and frustrated, I have been on this for days now between Afrihost and Standard bank regarding a missing payment. I made payment for my month to month subscription on 26th April 2025 and as per my bank statement its gone through. on the 30th my line was suspended and i contacted to ask why and was told my payment was not made. i advised that i did and the payment could not be traced. I made a second payment which went through again. i been back and forth with standard bank and afrihost who both says they dont have the payment. Standard bank has done all investigations possible to trace the payment and they advised the payment is with Afrihost who has been claiming they never received it. I want my money back can i get some feedback from Afrihost
I am highly annoyed at this point with Standard Bank. I make my WIFI payments everymonth via easypay using and instant EFT which goes through fine no mater what time. On Saturday i made my payment as usual but the funds never reached its destination. i been trying to call and no joy. i left messages for call back no joy, i sent an email still no joy. im finally connected to a chat agent name Teboho telling me my payment was deducted but the public holidays affected it. Saturday 26th April 2025 was not a public holiday so how. i made another payment on Wednesday 30 April 2025 which went through just fine with Thursday 01 may 2025 being a public holiday. I requested my money be refunded and he tells me its going to cost me R310 to recall the payment and there is no guarantee ill get the money back. How do we trust banks with our funds when they also trying to **** and rob us. All i want is my R447 returned to my account
I wish i could give no stars coz this company does not deserve stars at all. My contract phone is paid every month on time because this useless company locks you phone faster than they can fix it when there is an issue. i made a payment for my 2 contracts i have with intellicell on 27 March 2025 and today 10 April 2025 my phone gets locked and no one can explain it to me. I have told them to stop calling me and waisting my time because they are useless i logged a call for my other phone that was not touching. Its been 2 weeks and nothing has been done to date. They agents keeps calling me and asking me **** when i told them the problem when i logged the call. they been escalating and requesting for a call back for i dunno how long so i have stopped taking their calls and when i do i tell the person to stop calling me and i drop. So now their accounts department doesn't know how to read statements and they went and locked my phone but payment was made. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY THEY ARE *********** IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD. I cannot wait for my contract term to end so i can never use their useless service again

if i had the option to give a no star i would. I have x2 cellphone contracts with these people My Samsung Galaxy A05 which is about a year old has now gone faulty for the second time. first it didnt want to charge but that eventually resloved itsedlf because intellicell took their time to respond regarding my query. Now touch on the phone is not working. I sent a whatapp with videos and pictures 3 days ago and was advised its excalated to the technical team and i would be contacted in 24 hours. Today 3 days later i am asked for pictures and videos again. what happened to the first "escalation" and no one can give you answers. this company is useless
I which there was an option to rate at a minus because that is how bad the service at The Courier Guy is. They collected a parcel for my company on Tuesday 25 Feb 2025 on waybill number 8S4BCR which was supposed to be delivered same day, but because of their incompetence it never arrived and i though okay it might arrive first thing in the morning on 26th Feb 2025. Nothing whole day. On 27th feb 2025 they sent an email asking for pictures of the parcel as they cannot find the parcel. Tell me if something is for same day how do you possibly loose it unless their ex taxi driver guys who they say is drives did something to it and doesn't wanna say. I am following up the whole day sending email and get only an automated response from them nothing else. THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE. Their rates seems to be very good but at what price this company does not have the intellectual capacity to deal with issues or communicate. Please boycott this company if you value you items that you ship
