Disturbing company... I never took a loan with this people but logged into their app to see what it was about, my phone was hacked and now these company is cyber bulling and harassing me.

VERY RUDE
EXTREAMLLY RUDE COMPANY - very ********* as well as very unprofessional they - even though payment was made months ago they still go on and access your contact list and advise people you owe them money after your have paid already. Also when confronted that they are harassing people they threaten you. Report this company

VERY RUDE
EXTREAMLLY RUDE COMPANY - very ********* as well as very unprofessional they - even though payment was made months ago they still go on and access your contact list and advise people you owe them money after your have paid already. Also when confronted that they are harassing people they threaten you. Report this company

Bad rapid loans
How can one deal with people like this , my daughter has been threatened, plus her family and friends, she paid but they claim she hasn't , they've even made a group on WhatsApp adding friends and people she doesn't even know , something must be done to this company and fast

Bad brightside call direct/ Rapid finance
They are called brightside call direct that's why these reviews never get seen I've paid them but still getting harassment I paid for a long I didn't take and ***** getting the same treatment. To stop the hacking I had to change my number and let people know it was a **** these people have to be caught

I app**** for loan there....before due date nigerian guys called me and my family starting to threatened me....the is other guy called John...he even called me during the night hour calling family around 8 late...he said i should pay i try to explain that i dont have money for now but i will pay...they can add that R13 but he fail to understand and keep on shouting and threatened me...i need help.,...please...i will pay but now i dont have money.

Poor Experience with rapid finance !!!!!!
Hi, I took a loan with rapid finance, assuming they were a professional finance company, however 1 day before my due date they had started calling me and demanding repayment. i politely advised them that i hadnt gotten paid and can only pay next week and its fine i would pay the late fees. a day later they messaged me on whatsapp demanding i do an immediate payment. as i explained my issue they insisted and now i feel like im gettin harassed.countless calls everyday theyve been whatsapp'ing me ive already communicated but they dont seem to understand. this company lacks knowledge and understanding. poor customer service and their agents are up to **** and dont know how to speak to people. ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! how did this people even get employed here they dont know how to spell, they cant communicate ! all they know is to harass and threaten clients!

+255 620 226 161 communicating over whatsapp threatend me even though my repayment was due on 21/05/2024 he contacted me on 20/05/2024 stating i have 30min to pay or he will post picture of me on social media claiming i refuse to pay and i am a *****. even after saying i will gladly pay the R13 per day penalty as i was going to pay 3 days late, he simply told me it is impossible and i will suffer , they will show me if i dont pay in 30 minutes. i reported him but even the customer service was so poor i will never recommend them to anyone they are rude and disrespectfull toward their customers
